This restaurant has the best sandwiches. They have several to choose from on the menu or you can get your favorite made to order. It can be cold or grilled. They offer many different meats, cheeses, and toppings. Their freshly cut and made fries are amazing as well. I believe the sandwiches come in 8″, 10″, and 12″. Fries are small, medium, and large. They have cookies for dessert. The employees are all friendly and seem to work together well. You can eat in, in a clean dining room, or take your order to go. They have a free parking lot that is wheelchair accessible.

The store was clean and the staff was as friendly as they ought to be. The sandwich was sloppy with dressing and didn’t have much meat. The fries were terrible. I saw the guy take them out of the fryer, and they were hot, but they were also limp and so greasy they dripped. I threw them away. The unsweetened tea was very good. Two Dagwoods, two fries, and two drinks was $37. I would give them a 2 star review but I’m guessing those fries were their signature style and were supposed to be like that. For $37 I expect much better food.

My husband and I had never eaten at Penn Station before this visit. When we walked in we weren’t aware that where we order was right inside the door so we started walking toward the register, the young man working rudely said “you start there! The menu is up there!” Ok, thanks for that information. We ordered our food and left. Food was OK, nothing I must have so I probably will not go back!

Sandwich is hot and tasty. Fries are well seasoned and fresh. My only complaint is ordered this hours in advance and sandwich was cut properly in half and stuck to the paper,so literally had to rip it up to eat it

My last experience over a year ago was not good at this specific location. However this time I have no complaints it was honestly great. The food was perfect. Probably the best cheese steak I’ve ever had. The employees were all really nice and helpful as well. I will definitely return to this location.

I know this area of the country is not known for sandwiches, but damn. Ordered a cheese bread w/ marinara. Literally came out like a meatball sandwich without the meatballs. Chicken parm was barely edible. Ordered online and never received an email saying it was done. Food got cold sitting on their shelf. Do yourself a favor avoid this location

They never wear gloves. Food is always different, never taste the same. The place is always dirty. Last time I was in there there was not enough meat on the sandwich. I got my sandwich, ate the whole thing and still never received my fries. After about 25 min and watching them hand out fries to other customers I had to ask them to get me my fries. Poor service, under poor management. Very disappointing considering it was a favorite of mine.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Worst experience every time I go in. The bathrooms are trashed, the fries are cooked in old oil, and they constantly get the order incorrect. The manager is super unprofessional and the customer service is horrendous. Will NOT be back.

Very very expensive place. Today for a morning, i bought a Subway 12 inch egg sandwich adding a coffee combo whit cookie. After tax 8.47$
I never been in Penn station before. I decided to try it. They asked me what to eat. I don’t eat meat. Their flat grill was very dirty. ( also their cashier table too ) I asked for cleaning… They just scrub it That’s all. Still dirty… Anyway, i ordered a 12 inch veggie sandwich.
But, no price writing anywhere ! And i ordered a lemonade regular size.
My God, total be came a 14.08$
No meat just a veggies… First and last time for me… No more…

What is compelling my review is something that most overlook – general presentation and cleanliness. This location beside serving a great Cheessteak this evening, was remarkably clean. Like clean you wouldn’t expect from a fast food business. I gave the location a 4 star for atmosphere but the atmosphere is under little of their control given other businesses in their proximity. The business inside itself is fine, but super clean and it shows!
