Hot, fresh, wow! These guys know what they’re doing at PS in Cold Spring. Had an awesome lunch there. The pizza sub and chicken teriyaki sub were ooey gooey amazing!! Loved every bite. The staff was super friendly, efficient, and welcoming even during the busy lunch rush. Great overall experience and will definitely return soon. Best hot subs in town, yummo !

Is my favorite place for hot sandwiches and fries ! I got the artichoke and chicken sandwich so yummy! The fries are fresh cut soft inside but a little crunchy. They give you for a small Bach plenty of fries . The lemonade is great ! The staff are very friendly and on time. The difference for me to other places is the bread so soft and fresh.
When I lived in Orlando for a while I missed so much Penn Station , even though they have Cuban sandwiches and bagels places.
The only thing was the floor is slippery I don’t know why?

I hate to leave this based on 1 bad experience but Im tired of being ripped off these days with the quality/quantity of food at places charging 11+ for a sandwich. Cold Spring location was behind, fine, it was 12:50pm and still recovering from lunch. I was told 10 min and got it in 8 so nicely done there. And there were a stack of tickets to be made. All thanks to the young guy manning the grill (red shirt and beenie on 10/7) The manager finally came out of the back (glasses and ponytail) to help with the backlog and after seeing the difference in the 2 on the grill I found myself hoping the younger guy made my sandwich. He made sure each one was loaded with meat. The manager, not so much. I even noticed when I saw my ticket get put on the oven rack that it looked a bit lite. Sure enough, got home and pealed it apart to find it 50% meat and the rest was bread and cheese. For $11.50, I hope for better but expect the worst these days and thats what I got. Do better manager. I know you’re trying to save here and there and portion where you can but not when it comes to the main part of the sandwich.

My grandmother and I were shopping in a store in the same strip mall as this restaurant. As we were shopping, all of a sudden my grandmother had to urgently use the restroom. Once we found out the store we were in did not have a bathroom, we left and checked the other stores in the strip. Every store we passed had a “no public restroom” sign. Penn Station was the last store in the strip and had no “no public restroom” sign out front. We went inside and she ran to the back of the store. Both restrooms were locked with a key pad and a paper above saying, “no public restroom due to vandalism… must be PAYING COSTUMER to use”. She stormed up front and ordered the first thing in front of the register. She mentioned to the employee that she only needed to use the restroom and he just mumbled, “$2.00 even. The code is…” under his breath. My grandmother barely made it to the restroom without having an accident right in the store due to the lack of accessibility. I would assume that the employees would rather have an open restroom than clean up after someone on the lobby floor.

Ordered on line at 643. Was told by email to pick up at 658. Got there at 703. According to the checking receipt that was given to me. Just got my order at 722. Asked the employees what was the benefit of online ordering. Was told that someone didn’t show and they did 600 dollars in the last hour. Showed no remorse or anything to make things better just wanted to argue.
Edit: After waiting a week or so still haven’t heard from ownership of a manager of any kind. Do not recommend this location at all.

Everyone always seems like they are miserable and halfway ignore the clientele. My biggest issue is why do we not wear hair nets? 90% of the employees have long hair and today I was blessed with a 9” black hair in my sandwich! WHY?

Cashier was new didn’t know the menu and was not very helpful for this being our first time visit. Several options to choose from. We ordered an Italian 8” and tuna salad 8”, kids cheese bread. The fries were delicious and crispy, the Italian was delicious with adequate amounts of meat, the tuna salad sandwich was very runny and seemed more fluidic than tuna but overall had a great flavor. If you do not specify that you want the whole sandwich cold they will heat the bread and the cheese then stick the tuna salad on top, I hadn’t known that until sitting down and reading their entire menu. Which I feel the guy that rang us up for the order should have made that aware to the customer. We sat in a table by the window, and the table top was very very sticky, which I took a wet wipe to and scrubbed vigorously to achieve a semi non sticky service which I then covered in napkins. The cook whom brought out our food to the table was a very pleasant man and friendly! I would just let the owner know a good scrub of the tables and possibly having someone on shift sweep the floor which was very littered would help. Overall a nice place to order a sandwich for lunch from.

This place is in need of a total overhaul the 3 employees that stand behind the counter have no clue as to what to do it took one boy 20 minutes to half way make a sandwich people def are going to be waiting at least 20 minutes for a simple order and if your picking up door dash make sure you pay attention they gave a fifty dollar order to the wrong person and thought nothing of it oh well they need to get a new crew in there
