The whole process from ordering to receiving our food was exceptional. The food was very hot and tasty! However, it was an extremely cold night and the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Having some heat would have made this a 5 star review.

Thomas was great! He was friendly and professional and got my order ready pretty quick considering all the other customers that were there during dinner rush. This is our favorite location because everyone is always so nice compared to some of the other locations ive been to. There was an issue with my order bc the system charged me for light cheese but Thomas had Megan fix it and refund me. We love the florence penn station!

I quit eating here because they always mess up my orders. Yesterday for the first time in ten years I gave them another chance and it was perfect. Today I went back. I ordered a cheese steak on whole wheat or grain, they gave me white, I asked for green peppers and banana peppers they didn’t add the green peppers. They were not very busy at all. Simple mistake and the food I got was great but not what I ask for. So between yesterday and today for they are 50/50. I’ll try again in a few years.

When I first started going here it was great; workers knew my order and asked for the size. Now there are new employees and not knowing my order is perfectly fine. But, I gave it 4 stars because of one thing:
• I did a call in & came in roughly 20 min later to pick it up. I sat at the tall table in front & patiently waited. I could see my sandwiches laying by the lemonade & was asked my name 2x so they could check my order. Each time I told them those were mine back there & the response was always “we’re waiting on fries.” 45 MINUTES LATER…. I am still waiting. Order after order leaving before I received mine. The GM or owner happened to be there and came out. He noticed me still sitting and inquired as to what was going on. I calmy explained, and he got my order to me right away and told me the next time I come in my order is FREE!
Outside of that incident in the 7 years I’ve been going it’s been great. Food is great, friendly people, and in a nice, safe and clean environment.

First time at this location. I was a little nervous at first. Employees were friendly & greeted us when we walked in and were patient with us when we didn’t know where to order & then pay (two different spots). Some signage for that might be helpful for new customers. Food was delicious. Fresh-squeezed lemonade was yummy! Menu was clear & easy to read.

Stopped here for a quick bite on the way to an event. Subs were solid and reasonably priced. Bread and cheese were slightly better than expected, while fresh toppings were nothing special. There was a fair amount of meat on the classic Italian sub which was a pleasant surprise. It won’t knock your sock off but can be a good alternative to a jersey mikes or a subway if need be. Overall 3.9/5 -BJ

If it had an option to put neg-5 I would. I found hair in my food . They said they will replace it I refuse I told them they need hair nets.. the lady says not mandatory it’s like the wild wild West with hair everywhere I will not go back I advise you to check your sandwiches.. if you look at the back of the workers shirts you will see hair all over their shirts.

I ordered online it said my sandwich would be done at 12:05. I got there and my sandwich was done, but it just sat there and nobody was helping me. Finally, I asked is the sandwich for Steven ready and he said Yep we’re just waiting on fries. Meanwhile, there were fries over there. Probably three minutes later another person who didn’t hear him tell me that my sandwich was ready asked me if I had been helped. I said yeah I ordered for Steven and they told me I was waiting on fries and I guess the guy who had originally told me heard that He was like I literally just told that dude what was going on with this sandwich? But he said it in a mean way like I was an idiot for just asking again which I didn’t ask. She asked me what am I supposed to do? Ignore her. They don’t work together and they’re horrible at their job. The guy who catches the sandwich after it goes through. the oven thing is horrible at his job and he’s rude to customers. I will never come here again. I’ll go to the one in Burlington even though it’s further from my job.

If only I could give zero stars. Fries not cooked and not only was the sandwich not the correct size, but it’s not anything what I asked for. Like whose is this? My names attached to everything with everything listed and STILL it’s incorrect and the opposite what I asked for. Spending over $30 on food and not having employees care to pay attention is ridiculous.

I ordered food from this restaurant on my way to Atlanta. And also on my road trip back home to PA. I ordered the grilled club and then the Reuben on my way home. They were both really good. And the fresh cut fries were top notch like 5 guys. Don’t know about the in house food but my delivery food was awesome.
