Let me tell you, 2nd shift will make you a sandwich so good it will make you rethink your entire life. I’m a firm believer in take care of those who take care of you! The men and women who work there take pride in their art, So bless these masters of fine culinary art and ask them to bestow upon you that chicken Philly with seasoning, bacon, ranch, cheese, lettuce, tomato, all encompassed in that crunchy bread, damn it’s expensive but it is a masterpiece.

Very disappointed with my experience here. My sandwich had very little meat and toppings on it. My small fry didn’t even fill the cup. They used to fill the bottom od the bag with fries. For $10, the value just isn’t there anymore. Going forward, it will be hard to justify going back. It was so disappointing. I have been a big Penn Station for over 20 years and it seems like its not worth the cost anymore. This is my second poor experience I have had at a PS recently.

The last couple times i’ve visited this location it has been horrible. There wont be another visit here, avoid it.. The fries are unedible. It’s like they took fries already sitting cooked and tried to recook them. they are burned and solid as a rock. I also contacted the store the “owner” suggested below and never got a response back.

I have eaten at this location a few times recently as I work not far from it. The food is always hot and fresh. Yesterday (2/12) at 1:30 pm I stopped in to pick up my online order and was greeted right away. My food was ready quickly. There were several guys working and all were very friendly. Pleasant experience and this location is by far the best I have been to service-wise!

I ordered 2 sandwiches, both with small French fries. One order was ready right away. The other came out 5 sandwiches/ 3 customers later. When I asked if I had another order coming the kid who looked like he was on something asked if i had the extra meat …both sandwiches had extra meat. The young lady who was obviously doing all the work stepped in and realized he was about to give my sandwich to another customer. The french fries were premade sitting under the heat lamp. I have always had fresh fries before at penn station. Also, the small fry was quite small compared to what i usually get ( see pics) . bad exlerience all around. Especially for two meals totaling over $30.00.

I give one star because the young man who took my order was well-mannered. However, they didn’t get five stars because…my fries weren’t cooked all the way through, one of my Philly chickens was a Philly steak instead, there was hardly any meat on my large hoagie (which could per management), I asked for extra mayo and that must have meant no mayo, and to top it off the steak sandwich that should have been a Philly chicken had no cheese!! They only got one of my large hoagies right and hardly because it was so dry! So much for $40 for 3 hoagies and an undercooked large fry!

really horrible first experience. they couldn’t make a basic veggie sub properly…literally forgot the cheese + sauce i had ordered and put the saddest amount of veggies, it was almost comical. when i asked if they had more veggies than lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, they said no—but then i saw mushrooms and bell peppers on other orders? the drink fountains had questionable mixtures in them (drinks did not taste right). the whole place felt dirty, the baskets the food came in where sticky and not washed. the bathroom was grimy. the fries were decent.

This place used to be great 10 years ago, 4 years ago they sucked so bad that they were up to 2 strikes! This visit was great! The teen taking the order was very nice, and accomodating for the special order. The fries, sandwiches and service were great! The atmosphere, well there wasn’t any. The place desperately needs a remodel, and it didn’t feel dirty, but on the same hand it didn’t feel like more than the absolute necessity was done for cleaning. I will go back, take care of the team you have! They made us want to go back. Pricing wise… like everything else almost $25 a person with drinks.
