Been to this establishment several times and loved the food but this passed week got food poisoning from the meat! Me and my husband got the same exact thing and 12 hours later bam it hit. The reason I know it was food poisoning and not the ” stomach bug” is because our 3 kids was also w us but didn’t eat anything but fries and guess what they didn’t get nothing . Spoke to 2 managers at which one.if them spoke to her manager they didn’t give no care no refund no nothing. Also in the last year we’ve had some bad experiences with this location taking their phone off the hook to they didn’t have to take orders it was for hours happened several times so choose wisely where you eat becuase this location didn’t care to return 50 bucks to us for what we went through

My wife and I both split a sandwich Monday and both got food poising tried to call the restraunt for them to make it right and they did nothing for us and acted like we were making it up or had a stomach bug. We know the difference we have 3 kids. And we’re re not ones to complain but we will not be going back here again. Food poison is one thing, but then the amount of meat they put on there sandwich I don’t know how there was enough bacteria on there to have us both sick for 12 hours. It’s a shame we use to love this place.

Extremely overpriced for the amount of food you get. I can get the same quality and amount of food at other sub places for half the price.
$48 for my 11 yr old son and I to eat lunch there. We both had a Turkey, Cheese on Wheat with lettuce, mayo & pickle..toasted.
Pretty basic inexpensive sandwich. We have gone to JJ, Subway & Jersey Mike’s, etc… for half the cost.
I personally think it’s an operated ripoff! I will not be back and will share my experience with others.

Had a lunch date with my dad ( which I recommend with ur parents they won’t be here forever) workers all of them were kind and sweet. Fresh hot food made the way we asked for. They all said bye when we left. All the Penn stations are amazing in florence area. . Even made my food right again when a different store didn’t hear me. Only complaint wish it wasn’t so expensive I should work there.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with extra sauteed onions, salt, pepper and oregano.. and this is what I was given. I took the order back up to the workers and politely asked for them to remake the sub (the bun was soggy with barely any cheese, no onions at all, although I asked for extra and no seasonings) and they literally gave me this again.. would not recommend. I don’t know how someone could ever present a customer with something like this and think that it’s okay..

Eaten here tons of times but never remembered to review it. This chain is my favorite, always fresh and fast, nice staff. Do a Pickup order and expect 15 minutes or so. In-store orders get backed up since everything is made fresh which for some reason makes people upset in these other reviews, this isn’t Subway and we go here for a reason!

I came in round noon on 1/18/25 and their card reader wouldn’t take my giftcard. We checked the balance and it definitely had at least $11 left on it but it kept declining. The 3 lovely ladies working cash and fry were so helpful and sweet and ended up just discounting it and got me my food. I always feel bad for young adults working in food because people can be so hostile, especially for stuff that’s out of human control but they handled the situation well and with confidence and this is definitely my new go to Penn station

Placed an online order, was not given half of my order. When brought up to their attention, they told me I was wrong. Is it wrong that a Monthly Special comes with a drink and fries? According to the menu, no, I was not wrong. Understanding it is busy, but take time to listen to your customers before you have no more. Can’t even complain or get my money back since no one will listen. Very disappointed, has gone down hill so much.
