I came here, super excited to eat an amazingly crispy sub, with grilled onions and ghost pepper cheese. I got one and it was okay, nothing special, like they usually are. I could tell this one was not made with love, it was made with lust for my sandwich. I was excited for crispy and tasty peanut oil fries. I got some of that, some were basically raw, as shown in the picture. However, I can say they were fresh and hot (somehow). Sadly disappointed in this one.

I want to commend Harley for his calm demeanor and understanding. I ordered my food 5 minutes past the cutoff time and unfortunately they were unable to make my order. I’ll be honest I kinda showed my rearend as I was leaving in a moment of anger. I returned this morning and apologized for my actions and Harley made my order and was extremely understanding and respectful. I’ll absolutely return here this store is a testament to the company and is 100% a great environment to eat at. Thank you sir for being awesome!

Is it more expensive than subway? Yes. Why? Cuz it’s better than subway. Ingredients are fresh, fries are fresh (and cooked with peanut oil) service was incredible, definitely taking my family there again. Disagree? Go argue with a wall.

Cookies were good, a little oily, but good. Fries were fair, they’ve been better. Long wait, high price, dirty waiting area. The worst part was it was an $80.00 that was only half right. Though the sandwiches were wrapped and ticketed properly, the completely wrong sandwiches were made. 2 of the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches had nothing on them except ranch, lettuce, tomato, and a single slice of bacon ♀️

We are from Lexington, KY, but have been living in Florida with no Penn Station. We love it in Lexington. However, this locations philly cheese steak was awful. One was requested with meat, cheese, lite onions & lite seasoning. The other was meat, cheese, regular seasoning, & regular onion. We were given 2 subs with little meat & could taste NO seasoning. For $31 & as excited as we were to finally get us a philly cheese steak from Penn Station, to say we were completely up set is an understatement. Could have gone to Texas Road House for another $10.
