Been here twice now and each time hasn’t been the best. First time I ordered and they got my order incorrect. I politely asked them to remake it and showed them the receipt. The lady remade the item the exact same way again knowing that it was incorrect. I explained what was wrong very clearly so there was no mistaking it. Just left and threw away my food at that point. The second time I was there, one worker there was acting very odd to me. Would keep staring at me and was just being very weird and it made me uncomfortable. Even said so odd things to me on the way out. Cant say I will ever go there again after that very odd and peculiar experience.

Amazing staff, awesome food. Update the last 2 times I went to penn Station, the food was horrible , I just can’t believe how much quality had dropped here at penn Station. Ordered large fries got small both times, and fries were cold . The lemonade used to be the best now its watered-down lemon pulp. The store was absolutely disgusting. The guy who took my order was not friendly at all very sour, probably drank all the good lemonade for himself.

Wow!! This is a fantastic sub shop! Three of us order different subs and they were all outstanding. Bread can make or break a sandwich and their’s he is amazing and soft. All three subs we got were delicious!
