The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons.

A major let down! Not my first time eating here but maybe my last. $33 for a large chicken parm sub, small teriyaki sub and a medium fries. You’d expect a packed sub and lots of fries…nope. They didn’t put teriyaki sauce on the sub and it was chicken and cheese basically….no sauce on the chicken parm sub…. I had to physically go back in and ask for it! I also counted only 8 bite size piece of chicken on a 12 inch sub. The last 2 inches of each half of my sandwich didn’t even have anything in it….just bread!! The last piece wasn’t even cooked….it was raw. I get inflation and food cost but we’re paying $30+ for a SANDWICH and it’s not even filling for a 6 year old. It’s just pathetic. Customers are going through inflation too…you can’t rip us off. I’ve reached out to Penn Station management via their website. Not expecting them to help but we will see.

This store has truly went downhill! We arrived 1/3/25 around 8pm and the bathrooms were closed already! The store closes at 10pm! The cashier told us that the heat didn’t work so we had to take our food to go! The meat barely covered the bun by any stretch of imagination! I feel that I was ripped off last night as well as load too by staff about the heat! I will not be returning to this restaurant! I suggest that you stay away as well! Receipt added!

Cody was amazing. He was patient with me and didn’t get upset when asked about military discount. My card wasn’t working and he was patient as well and kind. We need more Cody’s in the world. You made our lunch after the gym perfect thank you so much.

I come here pretty often, I live in the area and it’s walkable. It’s generally very clean, the employees joke around and get along, the tea is always fresh and sweet. I don’t have anything bad to say! Even when I came in with a large order and a stutter, the cashier worked with me and was very patient and understanding.

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed, the service was great! The bread was fresh and warm, the vegetables were fresh as well. Good fries Enjoyed ourselves!
