Went here on a whim this evening. Lived in the area my whole life and never popped in. I’ll definitely be going back! The staff was so friendly and the food was fantastic. The guy running counter was so cheerful which is very rare now adays and the lady who rang us out was so nice. Someone give these 2 a raise!

I’ve been to a few Penn station locations in Bullitt County, and not been impressed much by the food. I visited the Penn Station on Mud Lane and change my whole opinion of the place.
The sandwiches are amazing, the staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the lemonade is absolutely the BEST! I am now a regular. There is a Penn station .7 miles from my house, but I will go out of my way 6 miles just to visit this particular Penn station. I highly recommend this location to everyone! Thank you Penn Station Staff for always providing such great food, and wonderful service!!

The employees were really friendly at this location. The food was hot, ingredients were fresh, and everything was delicious. The fries were perfect! The tables were clean, so no problem finding a table. I didn’t have one complaint. I’d recommend!

Worst service ever. Pickup order said it would take 15 min. Was ready after 30. $17 for a regular Italian and fries… didn’t get lettuce, tomato, onion, or banana pepper that I ordered. Bread seemed not fully cooked and meat looked really weird. I will calling be customer service so hopefully I can get my money back because I only ate one bite of this awful sandwhich. Very disappointing to spend so much and get so little. 11/2/24.

All of the workers are not wearing hairnets! I don’t actually care about that, but yeah. Anyways, I made a lovely concoction of Diet Dr Pepsi and Fruit punch, try it sometime. The fries are kinda burnt, but my friend likes them, and I like her. My sandwich was good, maybe a little chewy. They have cool jars that I tried to barter for, but they refused. Kids these days don’t know how to trade like real business men. If one of you could, please try to steal a scoop of banana peppers out of one of the jars

Hillview location has been u der new management and employees for a few weeks now (Dec 2025.)
We had not been to this location in a long time but have now went once each week, very pleased with the food.
Food has been very fresh, not greasy. Fries nice and crisp but not dry. Sweet tea is southern and very sweet which is perfect!
Definitely plan on returning again.

Just brought home to go order and greeted with the worlds worst “fresh cut” fries. Employees worried and talking openly in front of customers about not being happy about how much money they make while producing this product. Keep it trashy Louisville.
