I placed my order online and the kid with glasses working the register said they couldn’t find it in their system even after I showed the order I’d placed 15-20 minutes before for the correct location. He acknowledged that it was for their store but refused to make the food even though I had already paid and said I would need to go online to get a refund. I was the only customer in the store and I understand why. I will not be returning to this location.

Recently it seems like I’m getting cheated a little on fresh-cuts- I used to manage a penn station and this is definitely not the proper portion that is considered a large, and for what I’m paying- it kind of matters. The fries/containers are also always thrown in the bag upside down, defeating the whole point of the container.

Googled says closes at 1030 but got they closed at 10. It was 951 and I wouldn’t have even came if I had known, BUT my autistic 4 yr old who barely eats & who has verbal communication deficits and lacks ability to express his wants, said tonight that he wanted a cheese steak, they were about to close and they needed to leave to catch the bus, but instead of turning us away they were willing to make my baby his sandwich, he was so excited and ate so well tonight. I just wanna say thank you to the 2 employees there. You are appreciated more than you will even know.

Paid waaaaaay too much for this nasty food. The fries were black the food was not worth the cost. I sure was feeling sorry for that employee who had to listen to all the people complaining. We will never be back and will tell all our friends not to waist their money. This is the second one I have been to and the last one was just as bad. Way not worth the price.

Not sure who the manager was but I awesome it was the awful cook who I asked did he know that’s how I would like it , he said “ you want both like that “ and presumed to only give me 2 pieces of cheese to not have to slice more cheese before closing , with me working at this Penn station before I can tell the difference between 2 and 3 slices of cheese! Do better the Penn station has lost a lot of value since last ran by Stephinie, jasmine as the HIGHER UP bosses and PLEASE CHANGE THE FRY OIL FRIES COST TOO MUCH TO NOT EVEN EAT THE LARGE ORDER I PURCHASED FOR ME AND MY FAMILY NOT TO MENTION THE employees having to wash them is a total waste! Not trying to be picky but if I order food and have it on Uber eats, and then it’s delivered to my house wrong, what’s the point? Asked for no onions and I get onions.
