Grabbed a Philly and a chicken teriyaki sub to go. The staff were friendly and quick- and holy smokes were those subs hot! made it all the way back to our cabin over 20min away and they were still nice and hot to eat. Both subs were tasty, although I’d like to mention the teriyaki was especially appreciated for it being the salty kind of teriyaki as opposed to the overly sweet kind.

Man oh man!! This has to be the best sub I’ve ever ate. I was just trying to get something quick cause I was staying at the motel beside this place but it is definitely a place I’ll be going back too. I got the chicken Cordon Bleu and let me tell you it was so good. The guys that took my order were also very courteous as well. 10 ⭐️for this place!!

The two new ladies are the worst when it comes to working with the public! I am used to Colton and the older gentleman and they both are very welcoming and make you feel like they are glad that you are there! The new ladies do not greet, no smiles whatsoever, just ignore you while cutting prep, and then turn around and won’t even speak ?!? just frown and look like they are so mad, or hate their job, not sure but this is the second time and the same reaction, I don’t understand if you hate your job that bad then don’t work with the public. I sat in there for awhile just to see if it was just me or what, and then a couple of their friends come in and lo and behold they can actually smile and talk!!!
I will not be back as long as they are working. I refuse to come in and spend money to be treated like I am not worthy to be acknowledged.

Looking for an outstanding alternative to the Jersey boys or underwater Way then you got to check out Penn Station. Super friendly staff, the manager from the local area is a great person and sandwich artist, the place is always clean, lots of indoor and outdoor seating and right near all the attractions. Plenty of parking and right next door is a craft beer sho with lots of draft selections to top off your amazing sandwich experience.

This place was awful and this is like the third time giving them another chance. The sandwiches where like trying to eat a brick or something and the fries where the same way and the 2 females that where working was highly rude they where just throwing the stuff around and was like making these weird sounds with there mouth like we had interrupt them or something like one was making the sandwich and stopped 3 times to answer a texts and the other one was like really we have to make more fries come on now she even ask us if we where shore that we wanted fries and if we really needed them? So nope not going here again if you want to waste your money go ahead but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

This is literally the best sub that I’ve had in a years like probably before COVID I have the cheesesteak just make sure to take off the mustard and the pizza sauce and it is totally delicious I was going to take a picture of it before I ate but I was hungry and now I’m sad that I do not have a picture of the actual sub but it was totally delicious I ate the entire large one myself probably about 15 bucks but it was well worth it

Someone suggested I try this place but we don’t have one in my city. I was excited when I saw it here in the Gatlinburg area and had to try it. Really glad I did… I had the cheese steak and it was amazing. Fresh cut fries were also good. Definitely recommended.

I had given them a 4 previously but tonight warrants a 2 at best. Two employees trying to run the place. I’ve watched both of them go between the order register, the food prep area and the cash register without washing their hands or putting gloves on. Disgusting! The fries were half burned and half uncooked. Its hot in the dining area up front and smells like bathrooms in the back dining area. The drink station is filthy and no one has gone near it to clean it. I’m done with this place.
