Had lunch here for the first time in 10+ years. Subs and fries were incredible. All 4 of my kids said it was the best sub they had ever eaten. More than the food though was the service. The guys working there were so friendly and kind. They cut our subs in half and put everyone’s on a separate tray. And even split our fries to two separate trays since we didn’t fit at one table. The manager came out and talked to us and asked how everything was. Just far surpassed my expectations. Will definitely return!

This was our first time trying Penn Station and it was wonderful. The food was great, especially the Classic Italian sub and french fries, but the real star of the show was the service Brandon and Dylan provided. I genuinely believe there are members of England’s royal family that aren’t as well attended to as we were today. Brandon and Dylan’s energy made our day. We will be back. If you’re choosing between Penn Station or any of the other sub shops nearby (cough, cough, Jersey Mike’s), choose Penn Station every time!

Quiet for lunch because school is out for the summer but the restaurant and bathrooms were spotless. GM was very personable and very concerned that I enjoyed my meal. Staff even remembered the upsell for cookies at the register.

The guy that helped me today, I believe he said his name was Anthony. White guy with glasses in case I have the name wrong. Very helpful, had great energy and personality. Amazing customer service. Down to earth. Apologized for the wait, and was great the entire time. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, anywhere you go everyone does the bare minimum. Anthony went above and beyond, and I appreciate him for that. Give him a raise Penn Station if you want to keep him, because he’s going places with that type of customer service! Great experience, will be returning soon.

I came with my friend and we ordered a small and regular sized sub. Apparently there was some miscommunication between my friend and the order taker and the sub came out wrong. Management fixed the issue quickly, provided my friend with a new sandwich and fresh fries, along with a BOGO coupon for our next visit. Everything was fresh and tasty!

I recently came to eat with my son, we have never been here before. The food was great (a bit expensive though, but it is what it is) but what stood out was the manager. He was very friendly, polite and courteous. He told me his name, but for the life of me I can’t remember! Nonetheless, this is a nice place for a good tasting meal!

The food was warm and fresh, and tasted great. I asked for a modification to my sandwich, which was repeated back to me and then not done correctly. I asked for sauce for my fries which was not in the to go bag. I opened up my sandwich in the car, which was wrapped poorly and spilled/made a mess. There were also no napkins in the bag. Overall, food tasted good, but definitely would not recommend for eating on the go, and make sure to check your bag before you leave!
