The Penn Station on Pisgah Church is my favorite go to restaurant for a hot juicy sandwich. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They pay close attention to detail to make sure your meal is tasty and fresh. High recommended if you are looking for a great chick philly sub.

Ordered the monthly special. Turkey BLT on multigrain. To start the bread fell apart. Maybe old? The turkey where do I begin. Definitely a lower end turkey. Tasted cheap. They need to step up the game if they are going to have sliced meats. Maybe go BoarsHead. The sandwich was lacking on the flavor profiles. It was just a very cheap taste. Now the fries on point for fresh cut. Not soggy at all. Fried perfect. Reason I gave this place 3 stars. Plus the customer service was good in the end. When I walked in I felt unwelcome. No friendly service in the beginning. Maybe a rough day. Now after my sandwich and my way out they were a lot better with asking me to come back. So I can’t knock it completely cause maybe I got them off guard. I’ve had penn in the past should have stuck to my go to. The Philly. Made the choice of the turkey cause I only had $20 cash since the credit was down.

The cashier was friendly, it was Friday night 12/12 at around 9:00 pm. The problem was the sandwich was not good. We ordered 2 reg steak and cheese subs and large fry to go. I ordered extra mushrooms and the ticket said X3 mushrooms and I couldn’t see, taste or find any mushrooms. Rather, I was picking off tons of onions. My wife asked for a plain sub and it didn’t have meat on the bottom 2″ and we both ordered extra meat. I asked for banana peppers on the side and didn’t get any. The sandwiches were a major disappointment at $33 plus $3 tip. Done with Penn Station Pisgah Church, good luck.

Love the subs at this place! The grilled options make it the best. Sandwiches take a few more minutes to make, but it’s well worth it. Staff here was super friendly and helped us with vegan options! Definitely recommend!

My favorite penn station to go to, always great vibes. Until today, while walking in i saw the deal on the door and wanted to take a picture of it. I propped the door open, briefly (not even 30 seconds). I come in to place my order, young white man says “is it cold outside?” i respond “freezing” he says “so why the hell did you let it in here.” his whole demeanor while taking my order was rude, this is unacceptable behavior. There’s been a couple of instances recently with the people working there being rude.

We were very unhappy with the food. We ordered a large Cheese Steak. We asked it to be cut to share. They threw it together. The amount of ingredients did not come close to the picture. One half of the sandwich had barely any contents. I mentioned my displeasure and they blew me off. We had never been to a Penn Station before and told them and they made no attempt to correct the situation!

Subs were terrible. Got a cold club. I wanted american cheese and they use the cheap yellow process crap. That wrecked the sandwich right there. I wanted extra meat and it looked like regular. Also got a steak and cheese. The meat had a weird taste and there wasn’t alot even though I wanted extra. Fries were fine. Never going back. Definitely not worth $41!
