The staff is friendly and the food isn’t bad. If you dine in it’s a bit humid from the kitchen and the doors opening quite often. The bathroom is clean but there’s no paper towels. All in all, it’s a good spot to grab a bite before the Orioles game.

This restaurant was close to Ortho appointment. Wanted a quick breakfast. Ordered an egg and turkey sausage sandwich with home fries. Sandwich was basic, home fries were a large portion but tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Just average, maybe need to try something else next time. Also, just looked at my bank account and I was charged twice so I need to follow up with my bank and dispute charges.

The only reason I’m giving this one star is because I can’t give them a 0. This is my first time coming to this restaurant the staff was nice but the food has alot to be desired especially the Baklava and the breakfast platter which was the French toast, bacon and home fries. I bought this for my boyfriend who had nothing to eat since he worked and 18 hour shift. He immediately got sick and puked all over the place. It was this food. It is a ashame considering that my Baklava was running and soggy. I have eaten this in the past so I know what it should look like and taste like. Apparently they are not greek. I thank God I dropped my on the car floor otherwise I would have been sick too. I thought it was amazing how one particular white person raised their eyes like if they never seen a black person in there so it made me wonder if they poisoned our food. I would never go here again and I will tell everyone not too as well. I was truly disappointed since the staff was so nice. Never again. The food was horrible!!!!

One of the best diners I’ve been too, I wish I had taken a picture of my meal! Even their buttered toast was impressive… and their Greek frappes are one of a kind

I can’t say enough about this place. I have been eating here for 5 years and it has been an amazing experience. At Penn and Pratt Restaurant you are not just another customer or just another dollar, your family. They are a family owned and operated restaurant and they treat you like one of their own. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. Nice seating and beautiful decor. You are never rushed to eat and pay. Being a frequent customer they remember my order and I feel like I’m special. They serve breakfast all day (during the hours their open) so no matter what time you will always find something that pleases your taste buds. As I mentioned before I could go on and on. However, the best thing I can say is if you don’t want to take my word for it, Then try it out for yourself. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Friendly staff and decent food. It’s a good spot for lunch on a workday – not a place to target for a meal out.

Best Greek Spot food is amazing, they have the best cheesesteak subs here, I also love the hot Buffalo wings, everything taste fresh, outstanding rice pudding, very friendly employees, family owned business love it, my favorite waitresses are Stella and Helen.

This special place is like a small town cafe (like in my home state of MN) in the middle of Baltimore. I have had many nice experiences here over the years, and I hope to have more. While the food is SOLID, the people there make the experience. When the hospital does not have room for me, I make Penn and Pratt “my office”. You won’t be disappointed.

Loved it, nothing fancy, just a local place in the historic row houses near Babe Ruth’s birthplace and museum. Nice folks, good food, normal prices for normal people.
