If I could, I would give a negative mark. I am 65 and it is the worst experience that my husband and I experienced. We waited 45 minutes to get our dishes after many request. Food was very bad . Moreover, the tip was automatically charged. Given the circumstances, we refused to pay it. They agreed, but at the end of the day, they charged it. The worst restaurant ever!

Delicious Dim Sum in Town. The price was affordable & the portion was quite big.
The service was fast and the waitresses were friendly.
We ordered several dimsums such as shrimp dumpling, tofu, and shrimp w/ chive ball. Every menu taste good.
U could ask for the chili oil, and there was sriracha taste.
Plenty tables for u to seat and the resto was clean.

Disappointed. Ordered chichen chow mein and chicken fried rice. Ordered a pork dim sum and bbq pork dim sum and tea. The food was fresh. But all lacked flavor including the tea. We were the only customers for 1/2 the meal then another couple walked in.
Our service was quick. The place clean. The tip is part of the bill automatically(warning). But in this area, there are so many restaurants to select from…i’m guessing we picked the wrong one…

It is next to other two Sim Sum places. Jackson street is the heaven for Dim Sum.

Tea is $2.25 per person, higher than other two places.

But their single item is cheaper than other two.

Bathroom is kind of messy and old style.

Service is okay.

Food is good except Bee’s Nest Taro Puff which is kind sour.

This place doesn’t have the best dim sum, or the fanciest decor (closer to garish than stylish), or the most attentive service (on par with other Chinese spots), but it does everything well enough at a price that’s not too crazy in tourist trap-laden Chinatown that it’s not a bad place to eat if you really must have Chinese food in this area. I did enjoy their freshly fried rice puffs with minced pork (the best of any restaurant I have been to) and all the other dim sum standard dishes were decent. If you can get a server’s attention, they provide efficient service for a good meal.

Food here is decent, but nothing “wow.” They were very understaffed and there was only one waitress running around. For what you get, it’s a bit overpriced – but that’s also just Chinatown in general. Decor could use some updating – very dated.

the food was amazing!! had steamed bbq pork buns, shrimp dumplings, lotus rice and chinese-style broccoli with egg custard buns for dessert, coming to $36 (excl. tax, grat + drinks) which i think is a great price for a 2 person meal! would come reguarly if i lived in the area 🙂

We gave a concert here 140 guests for the Association for Chinese Families of the Disabled (ACFD). Basically a reception first for 30 minutes, then one and a half hours and nine course menu. and then a two set concert of Voice Over Piano.
The service was good and they weren’t disturbing the concert at all, as the mainly Chinese audience was also absolutely silent.
Organizing the concert was easy with them as they really fulfilled all needed things and expectations. By the way: also, because everything next to the concert was so good [food and ambient and service) we could raise almost to the half thousand dollars for the good cause.

Wandering thru Chinatown town I was dream in by the delightful smells and feeling hungry. The dim sum options were easy to navigate in multiple languages (including English) and everything I ate I enjoyed! The Peking duck in particular was a stand out!
