We went to Penguin Brothers to add some new life into our treat places. I mean, can you beat cookies AND ice cream? The answer is “no.” The shop was easy to find and there is a good amount of seating inside and out. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We tried several different ice creams and settled on the mint oreo, honeycomb, and dark chocolate seat salt. I tried the dairy free chocolate peanutbutter. It wasn’t bad but I definitely prefer dairy in my ice cream. The honeycomb was really good. The honey almost tasted like caramel and everytime you hit a pocket of it in the ice cream you’d get a nice treat to compliment the vanilla ice cream. I order the pizookie and it was delicious (with that said I’m a cookie guy). The ice cream cup with mint oreo and dark chocolate sea salt was good as well. The dark chocolate sea salt ice cream was REALLY good. I’d recommend that one if you’re looking for something new. Pricing is very reasonable. We’ll definitely return to this place. We had The Penguin Brothers serve their ice cream sandwiches at our daughters wedding and it was a HUGE hit! The pink truck was a fun addition to the outdoor space and there was a line for ice cream the entire evening (because they were popular, not because they were slow). We had a small hiccup with some communication leading up to the event but the company did a great job making it right and I appreciated the resolution on their part. I would absolutely recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Such a fun hole in the wall. If you haven’t been to Penguin Brothers, you haven’t been to Provo. Some of the best ice cream around from just down the street at Rockwell’s and awesome cookies. Get the Honeycomb and Oatmeal when you go, trust me.

Penguin Brothers catered my husbands office party. I ordered a vanilla bean sandwich with chocolate chip and fudge chocolate cookie sides. The vanilla bean ice cream was creamy and wonderful. The chocolate chip cookie was soft and delicious. The fudge chocolate cookie was hard and flavorless. It tasted way too many days old.

I definitely recommend this place! The cookies are really good. Nice and chewy and not overly sweet like so many cookie places around here. The ice cream is yummy too with popular and unique flavors. I got the strawberry nutella ice cream (SO GOOD!) with a chocolate chip cookie and oatmeal cookie. The oatmeal cookie was good. Had coconut in it, which was yummy and unique. I don’t know why I don’t come here more often. I will definitely be coming back here soon!

Awesome Pizookies, one of my favorite desserts: 3 miniature, deliciously warm cookies on the bottom and ice cream on top. It’s a perfect portion size. My favorite combo is the snickerdoodle cookie with biscoff ice cream and Carmel drizzle. Mmmmmm. So good. I highly recommend!
