Came here while we were staying at the hotel. The view and vibe of the bar and pool are immaculate. The one bartender was friendly and took care of us. However, some of the others were less friendly. At one point when our food came out a bartender recommended just leaving it on the counter rather than asking us if it was our food. And I heard guests complain about forgotten drinks or wait for food. However, that was not our experience. The guac needed a little extra kick with hot sauce. Also would’ve been great to know about the 20% service charge.

Cool vibes on the pool at the end of the pier, but the reservation cost is over the top and the drinks were just average. Our service was great as was the view, but it seems to be more of a gimmick than a venue with substance. 4 stars just because we enjoyed the live music on a Saturday night.

This place, absolutely amazing, Im not staying here, although I am taking care of someone who is. The valet, the front desk, hostess, servers,bartenders, room service, cleaning crew are all so wonderful. The veiw is absolutely stunning, of Baltimore. This is the first time I have been here, I don’t live to far, we would always see lights on from afar and thought it was luxury condos. If u come, u want todo valet parking! I would recommend this place to anyone who comes and visits this wonderful place called Baltimore ❤️!

Bad experience. Great view and beautiful pool, but the service was awful. Approached the bar to place a drink order and the bartender said to return to the table and wait for the server. Waited 20 minutes and no one came to take our order. Went back to the bar and was again (rudely) told to go back to my table. We left, just don’t understand why the staff was treating people this way (they weren’t that busy).

Beautiful atmosphere. Incompetent bar staff. Unethical service fee.
Bar staff was pleasant but unable to put a beer without a head. Told that anytime the keg was changed they needed a specialist to fix the psi pressure.
Beyond that – 20% tip is added to the bill with no transparency (not listed on the bill). However bill has a place for tip, plus additional tip. Was told that I could get an itemized receipt if I wanted. Seems unethical, as most of the members of my group added tip w/o knowing the tip had been included.
Beyond that-gentleman allowed his dog to dive in the pool then shake water on another person. And was not asked to leave.
Pendry pool bar seems like a nice place-but to be honest seems like the staff d.g.a.f. about the customer experience and are just trying to get paid. 3 stars is generous.

Amazing place took my son there for his birthday and taking my mom for their Mother’s Day Brunch. I love Sagamore Pendry. The Rack of Lamb and New Strip Steak is amazing. I have never been disappointed anytime I dine there.

Great hotel and the pool has a potential with panoramic water views but somehow the whole thing feels very ghetto. It’s a 5 star hotel except the pool. People yelling and screaming, playing their own music from their own personal devices. I never felt so out of place.
Just found out that you can buy a pool pass without staying at the hotel, well that explains everything.

My husband and I visited for our anniversary and loved the place, especially the excellent food. We briefly checked out the pool but decided it wasn’t for us, so we returned to the bar enjoy more wine.

This place is gorgeous! We saw the pool bar from the water taxi and decided to stop off and have a drink or 2 there. It’s inside the Sagamore Pendry Hotel, but anyone can go to the bar and you can also get a day pass for the pool. Didn’t get food, but the menu looked great and the bartender, Damar,was awesome!
