As a long time owner of several units at Cold Springs we were really looking forward to our first visit to The Pemi Burger Bar, and they did not disappoint! Our server Mackenzie was AMAZING! Very friendly and personable, knows the menu and what’s on tap, very attentive but not overly so.
There were 6 in our party, and several commented “best burger I’ve ever had”. We had the Backyard burger Bruschetta burger, and mushroom burger, along with Gen Tso cauliflower for an appy. Fresh cut fries were delicious as well.
Looking forward to our next visit already!

We came to the Pemi Burger Bar last night. It was very good and tasty. Looking forward to coming back next time. It’s a beautiful restaurant, quite large. Great bar area with tv’s, pool tables and nice out door seating on the golf course. Our waitress was Cam she was great. We love a new restaurant, try it you’ll like it.

On our 8th annual visit to this area, we were excited to try something different. Gave it a shot and we were extremely pleased.
– Smash burgers were delicious, nice overall selection with a quality bun and fresh ingredients. I had the one with the runny egg. The Pemi sauce was very good

Had dinner at Pemi Burger bar after 9 holes at the new Owl’s Nest Vineyard golf course. Service was fast and super friendly. Anna was great! Drinks and food were very good. Will definitely be returning!

We were in desperate need of a hot dog after a long hike in Franconia. Pemi opened this summer and their food delivered! Hot dogs were delicious (Granite and Chip with loads of toppings) and staff was very friendly. Food ready in less than 15 min (ordered take out). Can’t wait to stop by again!

We were bummed out this wasn’t better. No beer or wine menu – you just ask for an IPA and hope it’s good. Apps came out after two of our meals were served. One of the burgers was wrong and had to go back. When they finally came, Burgers and fries were good, chili was lukewarm. Waitress was on her first shift – but the kitchen seemed like it was more of the problem with the late app and wrong burgers.

The food was exquisite, and everything was correct to what we ordered. Our server was especially amazing for it being her first shift. And everything is newly renovated and the patio is especially nice; truly a must visit for those staying at Cold Spring or around the area.
