Definitely an underrated place. I am surprised it isn’t busier because the atmosphere is great. There keep serving you bread and do a great job checking in on you. Plenty of pasta options to pick from and the food comes out in a reasonable time. I did think my pasta was a little dry and would have liked it to have a little more but it was still good.

Fine dining at its best! This restaurant served scrumptious food in a lovely setting and exceptional service. Don’t have to go to Denver to get good food! First the bread was delicious. The soup was tasty. My GF penne pasta with cream sauce, shrimp, and veg was so good. Husband had a seafood pasta dish that he loved. We finished dinner with hazelnut gelato and Pannacotta that was so good. Would recommend this restaurant!

So this was our first time to visit Pellegrini, we went on a few recommendations. We started with the pizza burrata, which is a flatbread style. The prosciutto works very well with the tomatoes, balsamic glaze and burrata cheese. It was flavorful and nicely presented. My partner and I shared a gnocci which was rich and perfectly cooked. The sauce was absolutely delicious! Our table mates had the lasagna, which was stellar, the texture and flavor was unexpected and amazing. The other person had the chicken parm, it was crispy an juicy, very well made. Our toddler totally approved of the spaghetti! A return trip is definitely in the cards, we really enjoyed our time here

Pellegrini’s Cucina Italian Restaurant offers a market style experience. It has a fine dining look to it and is nicely decorated. Upon arrival, you order your meals at the front counter before you’re seated. This took some time because the restaurant was a bit understaffed. If you want dessert with your meal, order it before hand. After eating our meal, my wife and I decided we had room for dessert. We went back up to order and pay but the wait time to do so took nearly 15 minutes. The food is very good. We were a table top of 4 and everyone enjoyed their meal. Luke, our attendant, was very much available though he tended to many tables. I suggest another register person during dinner time and another table attendant on the floor. This should help with customer satisfaction .

We ate here last night and had a great experience! It was crowded when we went but we were seated quickly and had wonderful service. I cannot remember our server’s name but she was very sweet & did a great job. My husband liked the Earl Grey Old Fashioned. We ordered the mussels & clams appetizer and it was good. We also each got the manicotti for dinner, he went with the original & I opted for the spinach/ricotta version and both were absolutely delicious. The best part of the meal was the pistachio cheesecake. It is SO good! Highly recommend going here if you haven’t. Beautiful space, wonderful staff, delicious food. The owner also walks around & checks in on every table which is always nice to see! We have also gotten takeout from them a few times (not Doordash or UberEats – we pick it up ourselves) and it has always been great!!

I received a gift card for the restaraunt and decided to use it recently. We ordered at least 5 different dishes. When I went to pick up the dinner, I was amazed at the beautiful atmosphere of the restaraunt. It was adorable, clean and quaint. I was immedtately sorry we hadnt decided to dine in. There were 5 of us eating and each of us loved our dinners. I cant wait to go back. Lovely service, amazing food. Thank you!

It’s been several years since I have visited and the new decoration and atmosphere feels much more bright, lively and open. The previous atmosphere was very nice as well. It was more quiet, dark and personal. Now it feels more like a coffee shop but in a pleasant way. You don’t feel like it’s so quiet that you must whisper amongst your appetizers so they don’t hear you two tables away… My girlfriend and I visited (her first time) an hour prior to closing time on a Thursday night. The wait staff were all very nice and accommodating. We were only one of three tables in the restaurantso it was very personal and I lived sitting in view of that giart fire place!! The wait staff weren’t pushy or assuming at all but were very close if needed and they were so nice. The Tiramisu Martini is outstanding!! If you’re thinking about getting one, get it..you will not be disappointed. I had the Manicotti and she had the Tagliatelle w/ Cream Sauce. We both agreed multiple times that It was the best pasta we had ever tasted. I think we were both in awe for one….. It was so so so good. I had been there before and apparently forgot how amazing this food is but It’s all made from scratch except for a select few things are imported if I am not mistaken, From the bread to the sauce to the Chocolate Canoli desert.
It was 100% the best food I have ever eaten in a restaurant.
It’s such a pleasure to have this wonderful place to eat and be comfortable with amazing food and someone you love. Thank you to everyone at Pellegrini who made our night special. You are world class.
P. S. For the two if us our check came in sub $100, I think that’s more than fairly priced…. We could have gone down the road to the olive place, paid the same or more for food that’s microwaved…. No thanks. This is the only Italian food place in Colorado.

Incredible and also incredible… did I mention incredible? I think they built the building themselves as a model of Italian architecture. Or somehow turned it into something with amazing resemblance! Food is also incredibly natural and not over sauced. Homemade mozzarella!? I think the tomatoes are marinated because you’ll also never eat tomatoes that good anywhere else. It’s a definite must try on your eatery list if you ask me. Service impeccable, owner is friendly and ensures you have a good meal, did I say the food was incredible? Will be returning!!

Absolutely beautiful restaurant decor and delicious food! I had the baby scallops and four cheese raviolis and it was divine. The burrata appetizer was also delicious as was the pistachio cheesecake. We will be back!!

My husband and I visited at lunch time (lunch special) and shared a chicken parmesan panini. It was fantastic! The bread and oil were also great, along with the soup that came with the meal. They’ve upgraded inside, so the atmosphere is bright and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!
