I visited Pella Cafe for the first time this week, and I absolutely loved it! Immediately upon entering I appreciated the atmosphere– lots of plants, seating options, a chess board, large canvas photos of Greece (I presume) and just a very cozy and comfortable environment. The young man who was working was super friendly and helpful– happy to tell me about menu items and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I ordered the sampler appetizer to try their falafel, hummus, grape leaf wraps, etc … I also ordered the Iskender entree, which was the most tender beef and lamb atop small pieces of pita bread. My friend ordered the Chicken Shawarma sandwich (wrap) and some lamb chops to take home. It was all delicious! Everything was really great, and I can’t wait to go back!

The food there is greatttt. I really liked their lamb kabob and salad. Their rice is also good and more over the place is a vibe. However the cashier has been changed and I preferred the last one. She was really sweet and nice.

Such a cute environment. Love the decor and style of the atmosphere. Food was ready in less than 10m, service was great, and food was hot, plentiful and full of flavor. We ordered the chicken shawarma entree and chicken Kebab entree with sides of fries. They even had dominos, cards, and chess for you to play. I just wish they had a little music playing. Overall a 5 star first experience.

It’s refreshing to get an authentic taste of something that isn’t a fast food or restaurant chain in Jonesboro. My daughters are picky eaters and they devoured the chicken kabobs and rice. I had the lamb entree and it was perfect. The hummus was definitely fresh. Great portions. Excellent service and great ambiance. Nice furniture and good music playing. They even have a chess board and a few board games. It feels like you’re in another country. We loved it.

Update: Enjoyed a late lunch here. Learned to avoid the tabouleh and their “wrap” sandwiches. Everything else is delicious. The vegetarian items are refreshing on hot summer days.

This was a grand adventure into something different. The fries are AMAZING. The service was fast and friendly, Food was DELICIOUS and fresh! Will be going back. Oh, and the fried cheese is something for ALL cheese lovers…. It is done differently there!
