We used to come here regularly. Last visit happened this week, this place is no longer good nor affordable. $10 for two regular cups of ice, all syrups tasted flavorless and we were charged 50 cents each for literally two gummies to be placed on top of our cups. Slow and not friendly service, dirty–girl working there said right in front of us how dirty the countertop was and that it needed to be cleaned. Go anywhere else.

Last weekend my husband and I stopped by for an icy treat. It was AWESOME, the snowball was the best I have ever had. The employee is a total pro at understanding ice to syrup ratio. I hands down give it 5 stars.
However, tonight was drastically different. I received a slush cup of flavored syrup. I asked for it to be a ball style and what I got was completely different. In the short time that it took me to get to the middle, the rest was pure flavored syrup. No ice, just liquid. I hope maybe there can be regroup on training or find a way of measuring syrip per size that can used all the time. It’s really frustrating that the only thing consistent about a visit here is inconsistency. I’m really not trying to be rude or overly harsh. I’ll gladly edit my review if I see improvement in the future.

Update to 2 stars because after we left me and my son’s stomach started hurting. I was looking for a Pelicans to take my kids. And this came up as closest. We had never been to this one and the neighborhood is cute. But once I got in I was disappointed. There’s a dingy fridge in view and mop bucket. And a weird curtain separating the back. Ice cream containers in the cooler tossed side ways(could see they use bluebell) I got coconut and cream, and despite watching him drown in it seemed flavorless which was odd. Then a girl came in and sat down ON the counter. I will not return.

Great place! Google said it was open but they weren’t yet. My pup and I stopped by while they were stocking. He still provided service. Our new puppy got a pup cup. Wonderful establishment! Can’t wait to come back when they again for spring
