First time, and while the snow cones were ok. I was disappointed that ours didn’t fill the cup. Everyone around us had big snow cones with the big scoop on top like all the photos show but not us. I later figured out they give you a bigger cup for Togo so it probably equals out that way.. Tigers blood didn’t taste like what I’ve had other places. My husband was satisfied with his banana flavor. $4.50 for a regular. Nice location and friendly staff with Cornhole and located near a pizza place and lit at night .

Usually love this place but the two girls working there at the time were unpleasant and kinda just sucked at their job. The bottom half of my cup was just ice. Why bother working at a snow cone place if you’re going to be rude to people for ordering snow cones? Gave 3 stars still because the majority of their employees do their jobs well, but that made me not want to return.

Bad experience at Pelican’s SnoBalls in Anderson. We came around 2 today, the girl taking orders had no clue what she was doing. She seemed very spacey and confused while taking everyone’s order. She messed up every single order before us, ours, and after us, you could feel the frustration from the crowd. She messed up mine annd my sons order after asking for our flavors and sizes multiple times. On top of that, the place was disgusting—tables covered in syrup, napkins all over the ground. Really unfortunate I usually have a great experience.

Service is extremely slow!!!! Waited 15 mins to order another 15 before we received our order. . You have a summertime delite. Please get adequate staffing. Snow cones were good. There are wasp and yellow jacket nests underneath the shelter.
