Pelican Pub. Located on beautiful Aloe Bay – where the locals land and serving the coldest beer on the Island. Fantastic sunsets from the back deck.

Pelican Pub in Dauphin Island – Restaurant reviews
It’s a pleasant experience to try good salads, prawns and fish tacos. Delicious draft beer is waiting for you at this bar.

This is a great little place to stop by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a wall dedicated to showcase local artists which was fun to look at. The view is nice. The food definitely hit the spot, especially the sweet tea. It is neat that you can go up to the pub, order a drink, and bring it down to have with your food.

This is one of the worst bars I have ever been to. I would say that the bartender might have been having a bad night, but after two horrible experiences here, I will never be back.

A great friendly place to stop at, have a few beers with some of the locals and fellow travelers. Great views of the bay and service from Erin. It is upstairs but they do have an ADA elevator. We did not go to the restaurant below Dockside. We were too early in the day.

We went upstairs to have a few drinks and the bar tender stopped in the middle of taking my card and went to play darts and after they was done playing we tried playing 4 times asked nicely and they said they was still playing a tournament! Highly would not recommend the pelican pub. The food down stairs was wonderful and so was the service and again the bar is not worth the money!!

Bartender upstairs is very unfriendly. Had someone under 21 on the deck outside asked to leave while someone not working at the bar was going behind the bar making their own drinks. Every drunk we ordered was interrupted for the bartender to finish her game of darts would not recommend to ever ever visit the bar upstairs the food downstairs was very good

Absolutely fantastic royal reds shrimp boil. Yum! Bar wasn’t well equipped, however. No beers on tap and no local micro brew choices at all.

Cool little spot on Dauphin Island nothing bad to say about it. There’s a nice built in bench to watch sunsets here. Sip cocktails while watching boats roll in!

Great little casual dining owner super nice. A bar above if you want to grab a drink. Location right on the inlet.

The service was great. Seating aplenty, even nice outside picnic type area dockside available. Food was decent. Prices not too bad.
