Wow, we were so happy to have stopped here for breakfast! It was an overall amazing experience. From the crazy colors and paintings on both the inside and outside of the building to the live music to the amazing food, everything was perfect. Somehow one of our order items got missed and the waiter hurriedly got us the plate as soon as possible and took it off our bill. We thought this was excellent customer service. Every plate was amazing, especially the fruit plate which had all sorts of things that we’ve never even seen before. The live music was very pleasant and low volume so we could still have a nice conversation at the table. Even the coffee was amazing!

This is the place you would like to go if you want a perfect feel of Big Island, servers were so very courteous, portions were big, decor was so colorful, and you get an idea of how resilient the folks of Puna/Pahoa are. Will come back again. Thanks for sharing a part of Big Island with us.
The fruit platter was so good, couldn’t have enough of it. We will also come back for more Hawaiian chocolates and hopefully a visit of the farm too.

Pele’s Kitchen is my go-to for brunch whenever I’m in Pahoa. I’m completely obsessed with their mango coconut blintzes! Fair warning though, they sell out often, so get there early if you want them. I learned that the hard way on my last visit.
Luckily, everything here is delicious. I ended up getting the mountain apple french toast and a platter of bacon instead, and it was fantastic. The coffee is excellent too, which is a must for any good brunch spot. They had a live musician performing inside, which was a nice touch. I grabbed a seat outside and the outdoor seating area is beautiful – total jungle vibe that makes the whole experience even better.
The service is excellent and friendly, which really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Can’t recommend this place enough. Just remember to arrive early for those blintzes!

This is my to go place when I visit pahoa. The food is delicious, decorations are fun and colorful, people watching is fantastic. The wait can be long even if you get a table right away. So enjoy island time. ️
I ordered the egg Benedict with pork. My friend had the crepe with raspberries. Both were excellent. They also had a small portion of fresh cut fruits on the side. Delicious.
There’s free street parking, or free public parking across the street.

By far THE BEST PLACE TO EAT on the Big Island! The food is amazing and so unique! All the fruits are grown from their farm, PUNA GOLD, and every dish tasted so fresh. I’m very particular with attentiveness and customer service and they were on point ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. There was a live singer performing, which added an island vacation vibe and atmosphere! They also had amazing desserts, chocolate, and coffee. Check out this place you will get the Royal Hawaiian Treatment!

We had the most delicious food here! Simple ingredients, that are local and farm fresh. Vegan jungle breakfast with Spicy Jackfruit was so good! Mango and Coconut Blintzes were my absolute favorite. And I got Guava juice also. And the host gave us so many fruits to try for very little $. The chocolate bar that’s made here was good too. I couldn’t try their mason jar spreads/jams, bet they would be amazing too.
