I ordered 8 piece Korean chicken thighs and received all chicken breast. That’s a pretty big oversight as I dislike white meat because it’s dryer and lacks flavor, so that bummed me right out. Unfortunately this was a door dash order so I couldn’t simply send it back like I could have if I was at the restaurant.
The chicken and rice soup I ordered however was decent. Not a huge depth of flavor on the broth or anything but it was definitely edible, and the chicken in the broth was tender (unlike the fried chicken).
I won’t be eating here again

I ordered a takeout dish which was fine, not the best but fine. However, what compelled me to write this review is the fact that the free egg roll had pork in it. I double checked their menu on DoorDash and even there it was mentioned as a pure vegetarian dish. I am like many others in the reviews still recovering from this. I just wanted to go support a local business and it turned out to be a horrible experience.

The Chinese food if you order the authentic side of the menu is excellent. The baby of the ownership couple is super cute and lucky to have parents that are such great cooks. Their takeout menu has lots of coupons and specials, but even without the specials, I’ll be back. Food is cooked quite quickly as some of the restaurants near the campus is completely overwhelmed with sometimes 1.5 – 2 hour waits. This is my go-to near Rhode Island University.

I absolutely adore this place. I’ve been coming here since I started college at URI, and it’s my favorite place around. The steamed dumplings are so good I order them almost every week! The owners are super nice and really care about their customers. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because sometimes it’s a little inconsistent, and the only reason I noticed is because I order the dumplings every week. And it’s not bad different, just d simply inconsistent, but always delicious!

Foods are generally OK. But don’t come there after a power outage in the area, because they will still sell the deteriorate rice after the food had been stored in normal temperature. Also working hour is very hard to predict; don’t follow their manual.
