We went around 1220pm on a Saturday and were immediately seated. Upon being seated we had to wait five-ten minutes for someone to bring us some water and asked if we wanted tea to which we answered yes. Upon getting our water the waitress told us that she was going to wait before she took our order because her kitchen was already handling a bunch of orders and didn’t want to overwhelm them with another order so she made us sit and wait for 20 minutes until we were allowed to order our food. We asked again for tea and they asked us if we wanted a coloring book for my nephew to color in which we said, yes, they brought us the coloring book once again when the waitress stopped by, we asked for tea. We finally got it upon the third request when she finally decided that she wanted to wait on us. We asked how long it was going to take for our food to come out because we had an event we had to get to. She told us that it should be quick and that’s why she made us wait so that we could get our food out quicker. first of all that logic doesn’t make sense to me, but anyways, we ordered our food. My sister ordered a seafood dish. The lady came back and told her that they didn’t have the dish that she wanted. My sister then ordered another dish. The waitress came back and told her again that they could not do that dish so my sister ended up ordering some rice shrimp meal, and she was actually able to get that. Our food came about 15 minutes later. It wasn’t exactly what I was expecting when I ordered the orange chicken, but it wasn’t too bad. The pork fried rice wasn’t really bad and the crab raccoons weren’t too bad. My sister did enjoy her rice, but my nephew would not touch his noodles. I am very disappointed in the service I received today. The waitress was trying to make everything up to us it seemed towards the end when we told her we needed a doggy bags and boxes and needed the check because we had somewhere we need to be. She brought us the doggy bags and some fortune cookies and then my sister had to ask again for the check. The lady thanked us for our patients, but we barely had any by the end of the experience. The decor of the place was nice but being told that we had to wait it almost seemed like we were an inconvenience to the restaurant and I’m sorry any other Chinese restaurant I’ve been in is able to handle a full restaurant full of customers along with food orders so I don’t understand why this restaurant wasn’t able to handle that I probably will never attend this restaurant ever again

Despite them being swamped due to a power outage affecting many towns w no power and only two waitresses on duty I feel this restaurant met the challenges exceptionally.
We had a long wait time due to this and their take out business was huge. Seems like everyone recognized where they could get great food pretty quickly and headed here.
Our waitress maintained a great attitude even though some customers were kind of slow and annoying.
We were served food and drinks promptly and with a smile.
Our meals were very good and plenty to take home for leftovers.

The food here is so good, but be safe that they serve Americanized Chinese food and not authentic Chinese cuisine. I loved the crab rangoons and the Peking lomain. The service was amazing and my waitress was really kind. The portions are huge and impossible to finish. So be sure to come hungry.

I hate to say this ( I almost didn’t leave a review but I don’t want other people to go through this), but this was by far the worst “chinese” food i have ever had. The building looks cool and all, but the food was absolutely terrible. I spent 57 dollars on house lomien, general tso chicken and crab Rangoon and was not impressed. The only good thing out of this dinner was the Rangoon but once I got back to my hotel I realized they didn’t even include sauce for them. The lo mien is bland and tasteless with no sauce and again the tso had no sauce. Just dry chicken. 10/10 would not recommend and I do NOT plan on giving them my returned buisness.

I do not tend to post reviews of restaurants but this was the worst meal I have ever had at a restaurant! I eat out often so that says a lot. Crab rangoons were tasteless, hot mustard seemed old, sweet and sour chicken was large chicken fingers with no sauce -just a couple of cherries and a splash of something on top. They were very dough. The teraki strips were chewy and seemed not adequately cooked. The orange chicken was overcooked and the sauce wasn’t great. The plain. Lo mein and chicken lo mein (actually ordered veggie!) Tasted like the sauce was burnt. The pork fried rice was not good. I have never been to a restaurant where every dish was bad. For a party of 4 it was $148 (before tip)!
I hadn’t eaten here in several years. It just to be very good. What a waste of money!

Robin, who’s been there for 13 years, was an amazing waitress! While we waited a few extra minutes to get our orders taken, she made up for it in customer service and interaction. The food was amazing and provided enough to bring home leftovers. The volcano bowl was the perfect addition to a vacation lunch. This is our second time vacationing in the area and we’ll be sure to come back on our next trip!

We were greeted by a young man who immediately sat us. Waitress brought our drinks within few minutes. We went on a Sunday for the buffet. The food was great. It was moist and enjoyable. I will go back again

The waitress was really nice however, the food was not right. The fried rice tasted funny but also had no real distinct flavor. The crab rangoons were dry and over cooked. Not creamy, plump, and good. The eggrolls were greasy as was the Chicken fingers. The subgum was mostly celery and some kind of chopped meat. Flavourless except the celery. Told the waiter and waitress of the issues. Paid the bill and left. Third time back and most likely last. Until quality control changes, even the ice water tastes like soapy residue. The food was utterly atrocious. I found this to be completely unacceptable. All in all, not nearly worth the price we had paid. Steer clear! My worst dining experience ever. Save yourself some time and money go anywhere else until they fix their issues or sell!

Food was good but came out cold and kind of tasted like it was all left over from the previous day’s (Sunday) buffet. Didn’t taste very fresh. For the price $25 (luncheon special & cup of soup), not really worth it.
