You must try SA-Cha Chicken with brown rice! The won ton soup is amazing and tasty. Service is spot on and if you dine in the waitstaff is attentive. The decor in restaurant is dated and does need a refresh. My reviews are honest and truthful. Enjoy a meal that is full of value and portion size.

Stopped by on a whim before getting groceries and very pleased with the result. The owner/manager was very pleasant and seated me immediately. Waitress was attentive and hospitable. I got the Kung Pao Chicken lunch special with soup. Tasted delicious for such a great price. Will definitely come back.

During my visit, I was in the middle of my meal and my waitress had approached my table to refill my water. After I thanked her, she remarked, “You sure do know how to eat.” Whether this was intended as humor, I found the comment inappropriate and unprofessional. The restaurant is known for serving generous portions, and I had been looking forward to dining there all day. Unfortunately, this interaction affected my experience negatively. Guests should be able to enjoy their meals without feeling judged.

I’ve been coming to Peking for a couple of years and never had any problems,, it’s been 2 weeks ago ate lunch it was around 1145am, had a new young lady serve us,,, I’ve never seen her there before, she took order and brought food out.. she never came back to check if we needed anything and we never had service such as her’s,,my sister noticed she was sitting in the back area on the side on her cell phone texting.the other young men were serving the customers while she avoided her tables, I hope she learns how to be a waitress better than how she did that day

Very nice establishment. Service is always impeccable along with large portions of choice menu items. Soups and spring rolls delightful, especially the hot mustard use for the spring rolls! Hot Sour soup always fresh. Egg drop soup has changed a bit but still enjoyable. Main dishes either of chicken, pork, shrimp, beef or combinations allow for large selection of flavors. Love their fried rice. Noticed some meat selections have been slimmed down to go with the fried rice or sweet and sour dish. Still, plenty of tasteful flavors to choose from.
Service always on top of beverage refills or other request as needed. Well worth stopping in to get a bite!

Been there twice. Most food tastes good, egg drop soup is the best. Everyone’s entrees were lukewarm and proteins were overcooked. Service was slow. The waiter was very nice but inefficient. May be they’re short-handed. Couldn’t tell. I’ll try the Midlothian location to see if it’s better.

Unreal…they have been open for 30 years and I just found this place!!! For lunch, i had Szechuan 3 Delicacies with an extra soup and my total was still under $15! Portions were great!!!! Quality of meats and vegatables was excellent (usda choice flank steak, good sized shrimp,etc) and the sauce stuck to and coated everything nicely!! Highly recommended!!!

We love this place, and I feel the best of Richmond. Great food and service. I always get the General Tao’s chicken, and they make the best in town. My wife likes the Hot and Sour soup and I prefer the egg drop. Also, with the meal, you get a choice of white, brown, or fried rice. And we love the fried rice, which has a lot more flavor. Waitstaff is quick and efficient, & kept our drinks filled, and plenty of hot tea. We highly recommend that you try Peking Restaurant. They have plenty of free and handicapped parking.
