Quick service for lunch and friendly staff. Had the triple delight with mushrooms added and wonton soup. No issues with anything. Service was punctual and faster than expected. Probably will visit again. Good deal and lots of options for lunch time. Atmosphere was fine and large dining room that could accommodate plenty of patrons.

First time going. Sunday buffet. The food was really good. Nice staff. My only complaint is even with me saying it was my first time nothing was explained to me. I would have missed many inclusions if I wasn’t asking other customers. There was an ice cream bar hidden around the corner. The pitcher on my table contained delicious hot tea that I could have been drinking with my meal. I thought it was the previous person’s water pitcher so I ordered soda. An alcohol beverage is included such as wine, champagne, etc… I chose Moscato. Next time I will know how everything works.

We placed our large order for pickup and it was prepared quickly and put in a box so it was easy to take home. They were friendly and polite. The food was excellent and had everything we needed. Thank you Peking for providing a quality service.

The dishes are so good! We ordered delivery and they were so fast. The delivery driver was so sweet and said since it was cold out he wanted to get our food here fast. The best Chinese food and service in Mechanicsville!

I seriously hadn’t sat down in the dining room and ate in for 25 years. The food is delicious and consistent. The service was amazing. The decor could use freshen up for sure but don’t let that matter at all. Free pots of tea and courteous service made it all. Highly recommend if you’re around in the area.

Ordered the chicken and shrimp combo meal. It came with rice and 2 egg rolls that were so small that when you put them together they couldn’t equally half of a regular egg roll and an orange slice.
The waitress was rude and never said anything. She brought the food to the table and dropped it off and didn’t ask if I needed anything else. She preceded to the table next to me where she sat down and spent the whole time talking to her friend and 2 kids. She never came back to my table to ask if the food was OK or if I needed anything. I had to go to the owner and ask for a takeout box. I told him about the waitress and he said he would address the problem however, I did not get a discount on the food. The waitress saw me talking to the owner and only then did she bring my check and never said thank you or come back. I will not be coming back.

We had our dinner here. The prices were very reasonable and the portion sizes were good. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Our table was a little small for the party size, but that was made up for by the flavors and freshness of the food we had. I will be eating here again, this is a hidden gem.

I have been coming here since I was a teenager (20+ years ago). It was a tradition to come every Sunday. I haven’t been back for at least 7 years (since I moved abroad) and it did not disappoint. The staff were attentive, friendly and the food was quick. Brought back loads of memories from good times with the family. Great lunch deal too for a main, soup and spring roll. Would highly recommend!

I can’t believe it! Waited for 30 mins to get seated and another 40 mins and no one served us… had a 3 year old with us and it was very hard to wait but still left angry with no food in our stomach.
