I came here on a Friday during prime lunch time. I ordered at the counter and they said it would take about 15-20 minutes which ended up being pretty accurate. I appreciated they had the sauces and utensils available to grab as you need. I got the sesame chicken combination plate that came with fried rice and a pork egg roll as well as the crab rangoons. The sesame chicken was cooked well and coated with the right amount of sauce. The fried rice was fair but a bit on the drier side. The crab rangoons were fresh hot and tasted great. However, it was definitely more cream cheese than the crab/imitation crab.

Beautiful, joyful service! So many options and made to our taste (spicy or not; curry or not, etc) Free 2 liter with a “Philly cheese steak” egg roll! We are getting our food to go, so the “atmosphere” doesn’t really apply; but it’s a typical Chinese/American place. Highly recommend and we will be back!

This is a typical no-frills hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant that caters mainly for takeaway but provides tables and chairs for self-service dine-in. It appears to be run by an Asian couple, with the man sweating over the wok and the woman multi-tasking behind the counter. Having been familiarized with Asian food culture through living and traveling in that part of the world for decades, it inspired confidence to learn that the woman was Thai, a people who take cooking seriously and with pride. I ordered the Singapore Mein Fun (Singaporean-style stir-fried rice-vermicelli) and ate on the premises. This noodle dish didn’t disappoint – it was every bit as good as those served in Hong Kong (weirdly enough, Singapore Mein Fun is not a Singaporean dish but a Hong Kong invention). You can usually gauge a Chinese restaurant by its fried rice and noodles, and based on this, I’m pretty sure other dishes on the menu are just as yummy. I’ll say this restaurant deserves a higher grade than its current 3-star rating, especially when it comes to food quality.

I love their egg foo young and chicken wings, but was not a fan of their chicken lomein today. It was dry and they forgot to add my extra chicken, then when I took it back then gave me such a small amount of chicken they has forgotten I ended up spending more money for some more chicken ♀️ customer service sucks because they act like they can’t speak English.

We’ve finally found a gem, with great food! After being in NC for almost 2 years, everything we’ve had is just nasty. I’m from Philly, and typically can find great cuisine of all kinds, everywhere. This place resembles back home, and it’s a bit of a travel, but well worth it.
