Tried this place out and the food was great! I got the chicken avocado protein bowl. It was delicious!
The customer service was terrible the dude who waited on me by the name of Manny was not very nice, he asked me what my name was and I replied and he miss spelled wrong and he said he didn’t care and shrugged his shoulders. I said had never been there he didn’t make it very friendly tor order!
The cook had the same attitude, hopefully it will be better next time if that!

I sometimes order the Kung Pao shrimp here. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it’s terrible. Supposed to come with snow peas and carrots but if they run out of vegetables they don’t bother to inform you- which think is rude. I got three snow peas. I have complained before but they don’t care. Very disappointing and inconsistent

Here to pick up a mobile order. It wasn’t ready so I sat down with my back facing the staff and killed a Time on my phone while I waited. After a solid 20 minutes of not getting an update, I turn around to see my order. Just sitting on the counter. The front of house staff was walking around laughing and giggling and having fun all wearing headphones in their ears. They were busy doing their jobs but they forgot that I existed and my order sat cold for who knows how long.

Ordered delivery… gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the menu options for gluten-free are good but the execution is very poor. All chicken dishes are very dry and overcooked… my jaw hurts from trying to chew… management needs to taste the food and provide more training… has potential but currently not very good.

I remember when this place was the last stop before you headed home. Now it’s just sad to go into. The food is swimming in the sauce they cook with and you can not taste the other ingredients.

It has been a long time since I have been to Pei Wei. The other location cooking area was so dirty that I stopped eating at any Pei Wei locations. It was next door to a store that I was shopping in, so I decided to give Pei Wei another chance.
Gluten free, vegetarian and kid’s menu options are absolutely available. There are more options on the restaurant’s menu than on the website. Clean restaurant and cooking area. Good customer service. However, I ordered a very spicy Kung Pao Shrimp and it had way too many carrots in it, just a few shrimp. In addition, ordered a kid’s meal and meal had to be remade because it contained wrong protein.
Will I be back to any Pei Wei? Probably not. Pei Wei seems to have lost its appeal.

Food was terrible. It was not cooked fresh. Our food was cold. Waste of $40. The place was dirty & the people that work there were not very friendly.

I was so excited to eat here and once I walked in I should have known it was going to be a horrible experience. The restaurant was extremely dirty floors, drink station, and tables and restrooms were not clean. Food was interesting rice was watery and chef looked like he hated life. Definitely won’t ever return!

We always enjoy our visits to Pei Wei. This time I wanted something light and had the lettuce wraps. They did not disappoint. The rest of our party had entrees and really enjoyed them. We will be back.
