Where in the world did you find Ace? What an amazing person!! She was so helpful and so kind and absolutely never stopped smiling or offering to help. She even saved me some money by telling me I had reward points that I had no idea I had. We went with a group after church and the atmosphere was definitely quiet enough to hear each other (which you don’t find at most restaurants nowadays) and Ace never stopped offering to help a few in our group that were elderly.
All of the cooks behind the counter were friendly and smiled and waved. It must be an amazing work atmosphere for everybody to be that happy!!

I haven’t eaten at Pei Wei in years, but i used to eat at it regularly in Texas, so I know what the quality should be.
The food I received was pretty disgusting. I ordered crab wontons and they were OK, but not worth the almost $9 cost. I ordered the tradional shrimp with extra veggies and brown rice and I have never had food DROWNED in sauce like this before. My entree was practically soup it had so much sauce poured in it. This is not how most people like their food. I tasted nothing but sauce. This is not edible! I have taken pictures, but I’m not sure I’ll have a way to post, as I don’t see an an attachment option.
I should have read the reviews ( I normally do) for they are accurate about the quality of this food. I’m not sure if all the AZ Pei Wei are like this, but I won’t be trying another one, for a while.

Stopped in for lunch after a busy morning of shopping. Kristy took our order and couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Had a great attitude, seemed to be enjoying her job. Helped us save a few bucks with using Pei Wei rewards. Food was great, her customer service is what will have us back. Its a rare occasion now a days to get customer service like what Kristy provided. Thank you!

The coconut curry was well balanced. Sweetness of the coconut with a little heat. The chicken lettuce wraps had nice crunch along with a good amount of chicken. The edamame was well salted. The Mongolian beef was tender and quite good. I would have liked more green onion and a little more crisp on the steak, but overall pretty good.

Kristy took our order, she was very friendly, kind, helpful, and amazing. She was running around taking care of everyone the same way. My favorite original shrimp was not on the menu, but she said they could still make it for me. The food was awesome! Cook was friendly too. Kristy is definitely a 5 star employee.
