The rice wasn’t fully cooked on several of the plates we ordered. The chicken fried rice didn’t have much flavor. The manager was nice enough to remake it but still…I would rather go to 888 bistro down the road.

Had experience at Cypress, this one, not so much….. sesame chicken… rice was a giant cold clump, broccoli was yellow and wilted (tasted sour) egg rolls were good. All in all, too many other places nearby to risk it again. Always check the quality when it’s to go.

How’s possible they’re still serving customers out Togo plates? If you spend close to $40 for a meal for 2 people at least give your customers some regular plates and silverware like other place, we’re almost two years on the pandemic and it’s not an excuse for this company to treat their customers like this. I’m not complaining about the food but the way they treat their customers. Good job Pei Wei for being worse than Panda Express.
