Ordered through DoorDash and I asked for the firecracker chicken child meal. I substituted the chicken for veggies and tofu, and asked for a lemonade for my drink. I also ordered two chicken egg rolls. First thing i noticed was the fact my dasher didnt have a drink, I asked her about it and she said they didn’t say anything to her about one nor did they gave her one. It should have came with the kids meal. I opened my egg rolls and started eating them and then I went to open my box of food, and saw that I didn’t get my tofu. It was just a box full of barely cooked hard vegetables, and noodles. I’m really bummed out because I was excited for my meal, I really love their tofu so I was really looking forward to enjoying my break and my full meal wasnt there. I did not receive what I PAID for. I am also allergic to red meat so I started getting concerned that the egg rolls they gave me weren’t chicken and were pork because the rest of my ordered was wrong so I decided to call and ask just to confirm they were chicken and to let them know about my meal/concern. They then let me know they couldn’t give me a refund because it was through DoorDash, and said I could come back for a free meal but didnt offer to take my name down or any information to indicate that I will be getting a free meal next time I come in, they just told me I would be getting a free entrée next time I come in. They did confirm my egg rolls weren’t pork so I’m glad about that, just the way they offered the free meal wasn’t professional, and should have offered a refund or asked for my information to confirm a free meal. I tried to contact DoorDash about this and I paid over $20 for my kids meal and egg rolls and was only offered $7. Just not cool, wish I got what I paid for the first time instead of having to go out of my way to complain about my situation in hopes they double check online orders before sending them off. Do better, and receive good feedback.

Not sure who’s genius idea it was to make these large platters with more than one entrée on it but they need a raise!!! Service was incredible, the food was fantastic. Full of flavor and the portions were perfect. Yes I ate out of all three entrées and don’t regret a thing!!! Absolutely everything was fresh and incredibly delicious. Not sure why most of these places don’t stock Yum Yum sauce, might be just me but when I ask about it they give me the crazy look lol it is what it is, everything was just absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommended, Service was great, Restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean.

Nice atmosphere, fast service, and friendly staff. Food portions are gracious and the price is fair. I enjoyed the chicken with my meal, but wasn’t crazy for the noodles. The staff was helpful when I tried to decide what to order. Appetizers are my favorite part here! The Crab Rangoon’s are delicious!

We ordered Spicy General Tso’s chicken, Kids Firecracker chicken, and an egg roll. However, we received the regular Firecracker chicken instead of the kids’ version and were charged accordingly. Additionally, the chicken in the fried rice was undercooked, and both the General Tso’s and Firecracker chicken were overly oily.

However, the chicken wings were undercooked, resulting in a slimy exterior and poor texture. This inconsistency was disappointing, especially considering the restaurant’s generally positive reputation. The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff was courteous. Love PeiWei! I definitely recommend getting their app and emails for bogo offers and deals. As with a lot of restaurants in the last year or two, I feel like they are constantly changing their menu and raising prices, which is frustrating. They have taken off some favorites and added things like wings, curry, and family platters. Also, consistency and freshness are not always good. My meal yesterday had lettuce wraps that were about 50% browned/wilted. Kids’ meals are supposed to come with broccoli, but now for some reason you have to request it, and sometimes they add it on and other times, I am charged for a side to add it. Other than that, I like the open kitchen, the green tea and condiment area (hot mustard and fortune cookies are a must), and the classic dishes like Pad Thai, Dan Dan Noodles, wonton soup, and lettuce wraps. It is counter service, so nothing fancy, but it’s usually quick and friendly.

Best fast food but casual sit down Chinese cuisine around. Use to go to panda express they have dropped the ball majorly. Was on a recent doordash and was extremely impressed with the huge menu prices and the professional friendly staff. Visited today with wife and daughter. Good was .ade to order and was out quick and very fresh and service was top notch. This is our new spot for sure. Ty to the staff we will be back again and again

It smelt great when we walked in. The guy at the counter was super helpful and knew what he was talking about if asked about a certain item. We didn’t wait long for our food. The salad I received was pretty good it could have used a little more of whatever dressing they add to it. The tuna sushi rolls were amazing!!! Whatever wasabi ranch was on it was super tasty! The rolls were okay. The chicken and rice were delicious as well!

I enjoyed dining in a quiet, clean environment. You order at the counter with the giant menu on the wall and they bring it to your table if you’re dining in. The eggroll was okay but the mushrooms in it gave it an off flavor from what I was expecting. The orange chicken was great – a little spice and very delicious. …I gave a 4 star because after I ate there, I read the recent Bentonville health inspector report, which cited some food violations.
