Honestly I thought that the food be different. Thought it would taste similar to some Chinese restaurants, but it wasn’t. Wanted lo mien noodles but tasted like Ramen noodles out the pack. And the portion was seemed very small to what compared to from other places. But I will give a 10 to the young lady working the counter, she was very helpful and patient since it was my first time there.

Tried to place an order on the phone. Was placed on hold for 15 min. I had to drive to the restaurant to place an order. I asked to speak to the manager, Jeremy the assistant manager came out to talk to me. I ask him if it is normal to be put on hold for 15 min to place a to go order. Jeremy then preceded to tell me I can contact corporate rudely. I asked for the number and after a few minutes of search he refereed me to go on Corporates website and let them know about my experience. Jeremy the Assistant manager knows nothing about customer service or admitting the restaurant did anything wrong. Very bad experience this time but it hasn’t always been this way. Previous managers have gone out of there way to to make sure I had a pleasant experience. This assistant manager could care less. This Pei Wei seems severely understaffed and there is an air of “ I could care less”!! I would find another Asian restaurant if I were you!!!

So this place is good I liked the atmosphere and crab wonton were great, food tastes clean as well, my main dish only had flavor in the chicken and not in the noodles I felt like I was eating wet noodle, I tried my fiances rice too and same thing, that tells me they add pre packaged flavor packets or something, not the worst I’ve had though, I would still give it a try if your interested in eating here, reminds me of noodles and Co. Just with Korean noodles.

Beyond the great food, their customer service is phenomenal! I didn’t know immediately what I wanted when I walked in, and the guy behind the counter told me no pressure and walked away to let me look at the menu to decide. And the food was hot and fresh when he delivered it to the table, so that was a triple win! Thank you, PeiWei!

Definitely American style Chinese food. As a Chinese person, I can hardly enjoy the flavor. Overly salted meat and poorly handled vegetables, the sauce is everywhere but the taste is nowhere near edible. The service on the other hand is fantastic. I’m very impressed that in such a fast food style restaurant they served you very well like a regular restaurant. Sad that I didn’t leave more tips.
