I recently had lunch with my wife at Pei Wei, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff provided great service, treating us with warmth and attentiveness throughout our meal. We ordered the Firecracker Chicken, which was delicious and perfectly prepared. The friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service made our lunch even more enjoyable. This location is definitely a great place to eat anytime, and we look forward to returning soon!

This was my one and only pamper day for a while, so I knew I wanted Pei Wei. Choosing Pei Wei was the best decision ever.
I was greeted with the biggest smile from Preston, and he truly made my day. He remembered me from my previous orders, even remembered that I was expecting, and asked how the baby was doing. That personal touch made me feel so special and cared for during such a tender season.
The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed. Thank you for turning a simple meal into a moment I’ll always remember.

Food was very good. We had Original Shrimp, very nice size shrimp with a great taste. The other dish was orange chicken, it was good but needed more orange flavored sauce. Not sure the purpose of the orange slices. I prefer the dish when it was orange peel chicken. That said, we will be back.

Used to come here all the time and my family ate here regularly after church nearly every Sunday, however we haven’t been in a long time and I decided to come on my own during a lunch break just to grab something quickish. The food is still good however service is bad and worst part is the prices are unjustifiably expensive. The quality of food is exactly that of a fast casual establishment, but no other fast causals are charging $15+ for a meal, not to mention Panda Express is of the same quality when fresh and it’s $10 at most, they need to figure out their pricing otherwise take your business to a finer dining established for the same prices.

I wasn’t going to make a review but as I went on to eat my food I couldn’t hold back.
I went in at 7:30 and placed my order my order was submitted exactly at 7:30. The young man was nice , approaching and professional. I told him my order which was the feast for 3. White rice , fried rice , noodles. General Tso , honey sesame chicken, beef and broccoli. After 35 minutes of waiting I received a cold platter that consisted of noodles , 2 white rice sections with honey sesame tofu and the other two options I chose. I called the manager heading back up there and I told her my order is wrong, my food is cold and I’m not happy I waited 35 minutes just to come back. Instead of remaking my platter she just gives me a side of fried rice and bowl of noodles with honey sesame chicken. Which I was okay with, fine. I get back to the house get plates platted and I go bite my general tso as my mom is talking to me I pull out a piece of plastic. And that’s when I knew to leave a review. I honestly want to call and get a refund but they’re currently closed for the night. I spent $50 on this meal for 3 of us and it was overall terrible. From the wait time, the service and to the food.

This is a step above Panda Express. We walked in when they opened at 11 am, and some of the tables were still dirty. Apparently the closing crew isn’t responsible for prepping the dining room. The food was good, but not great. The servings are big. For $11.99, I had more than enough for me. The staff was friendly and few.

a glorified panda express! It’s an Americanised Chinese restaurant chain. I stopped by to take out my dinner. I got hot honey chicken with fried rice. The chicken was too sweet as I expected ( I don’t know why the ‘hot’ in the name then when only ‘honey’ is in the taste). The fried rice was also very mediocre.
