Portions are small for the price. After ordering the food and given a number. We seated ourselves and waited approximately 20 mins to get our food. Even though it was not busy. Service could be improved. I found the chicken egg roll delicious however expect it to be greasy. This is the second time I visited in the last 3 months and my first experience unfortunately was similar to today. 🙁

I love Pei Wei usually and now I live in Florida and I was so excited to find one near me. I was torn between their drunken noodles and their Mongolian steak. Well I ordered the steak and the meat was so tough, just a weird thick and tough consistency. I REALLY wanted to give you a 5 star review and get some free donuts. I was highly disappointed and a 3 is only cause it was edible and I got full.. you can do better and for 15 bucks i deserved better!

Well… after placing our order we went to find a table, but most were dirty. 13 tables were dirty, so we got the attention of a staff member who was just standing around, and they would just turn away. I went and asked for a manager, the manager said they were busy earlier. I said I understand that, but they are not busy now, and staff is just standing around, and all the tables are dirty. He said, “oh, you want us to clean a table?”

Update: This location struggles recently with order times. They said our order would be ready at 6:30 and my husband sat and waited for over an hour and our food wasn’t ready till 7:30. No apologies no I’m sorry, nothing. We are very disappointed. We come to find out the food has been sitting up front for over 30 minutes even after multiple attempts of my husband asking if our food was ready. Hopefully they get it together soon.
