Great Valentine’s Day Family Dinner!

We visited the Pei Wei at The Loop for Valentine’s Day with the whole family, and it was a fantastic experience. Even though it was incredibly busy (as expected for the holiday), the staff handled the rush impressively well—the service was attentive and friendly throughout our meal.
The food, as always, was great. Everything came out fresh and flavorful. A standout highlight for us is the chocolate-covered fortune cookies; they are such a unique, nice touch that the kids (and adults!) really loved.
We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a reliable spot for a family meal in Orlando, this location is a great choice!

We had an excellent experience at Pei Wei thanks to Mohamed. His customer service was amazing, he constantly checked on us and other customers to make sure everything was good and greeted everyone who walked in. He also worked great with the rest of the staff.
When my wife ordered a plate that turned out to be too spicy, Mohamed noticed as she was heading back to the cashier to order something else. He personally walked up to her, made sure she was okay, and took care of it by switching her meal for something she could enjoy. That level of care really stood out.
My wife, daughter, and I felt like we were dining in a fancy restaurant because of how attentive Mohamed was. On top of that, the restaurant was super clean. Outstanding service and a great overall experience, we will definitely be back.

Caitlin made my kids first time at a Pei Wei wonderful. She remade my picky 6yr old’s dish when he didn’t like all the sauce. Made it a great experience and they want to go back. Food was served hot and it tasted great. Thank you.

Great customer service and atmosphere. It’s obvious that the team wants you to enjoy yourself.. food was cooked to order timely and hot… I’m not from here but when I come back we will eat here.. price was affordable as well.. order the fire cracker chicken… it was good!!!
