Tasty food and great portions. I’m practically a full grown gorilla so I need a lot of food. I ordered the poke bowl and the Korean bbq beef bowl. I also got the pad Thai on my second visit. All were good, beef bowl was my favorite.
Jose is the man. He genuinely seems like a compassionate and energetic manager who seems to actually care about the business and employees. Because of his leadership, his team supports him and makes solid dishes. Everyone there seems to care and puts time and effort into the food they’re serving you. Quality ingredients that you’ll pay a slight premium for. It’s the perfect spot to go in a pinch on a Friday night, when you’re drained from low sleep through the week, and don’t want to cook.

We finally tried this Pei Wei location, and we are so glad we did. The food came out fresh and flavorful—I highly recommend the Spicy General Tso’s Chicken if you love hot, spicy food (great kick!), and my wife really enjoyed the Bourbon Chicken. But the highlight of our visit was the service. José waited on us and he was phenomenal. It’s rare to find such genuinely nice and helpful service these days. Highly recommend!

I visit the Corporate Commerce location in Fort Myers anytime I’m close by. This is a photograph of the restaurant manager Jose who was personally explaining the menu to a customer. I can’t think of any other restaurant manager who cares about their customer experience to that level. Ansley was very busy running food out to the restaurant, preparing to go orders, cleaning tables and even the glass windows. These two never stop. The kitchen staff provided steaming hot and delicious food. The Mongolian green beans were amazing.

The service was absolutely unparalleled—truly the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the past year. The manager, Jose, was amazing—cheerful, kind, and incredibly supportive of his team. He even took the time to help me download the app, redeem my points, and get set up for amazing rewards in the future. He made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. You can tell he genuinely cares about both customers and staff. I’ll definitely be coming back every week!

Stopped into Pei Wei in Fort Myers and had an awesome experience thanks to Jose. He went above and beyond, brought my food right to the table, made sure I had silverware, checked in on me, and was just overall super helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

We had such a great meal at Pei Wei Asian Kitchen! The Bourbon Chicken was packed with flavor, the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken was creamy and delicious, and the Mongolian Steak was super tender and tasty. Everything came out fresh and hot, and the portions were perfect. We’ll definitely be back!
