Stopped in for lunch and ordered the grilled bourbon chicken. At first, I wasn’t sure since the sauce was light and the chicken looked underdone, but it actually turned out decent. My coworkers ordered the Spicy General Tso and the Firecracker Chicken kids meal, which they really enjoyed. Overall, not bad for a quick lunch option, though my coworkers aren’t very picky about their Asian cuisine.

Awesome food, enjoyable and quiet atmosphere. Very quick and hot food. Pad Thai was very enjoyable. Thai lettuce wraps were better than many authentic Thai restaurants we’ve visited. Everything was cooked well. Place felt very clean and felt like safe area.

Visiting from NYC this is a must-stop staple getting off the plane from TPA. Never misses! Chicken lettuce wraps are to die for, i’ll go here just for a few orders of these things…. The food quality is superb, the staff is fantastic, parking is easy, and the restaurant is huge and extremely well maintained.

Very hungry as we didn’t have breakfast. So, we saw Pei Wei near the International Mall, across from The Container Store in Tampa. That was it! Nope, it wasn’t. I want you to know that my wife and I love Pei Wei and the food. We have always had great experiences and cuisine at various locations. However, today this was not the case. We went is, looked at the menu and then walked up to the cashier. To which she said, that due to a large catering order, they wouldn’t be able to complete our order for another 20 to 30 minutes. What?! We were the only ones in there. Our order would have taken 5 minutes to prepare. Instead of trying to keep us in there as paying customers, they let us go without saying a word. Their focus was on this “large” catering order. Very disappointed in Pei Wei and that store’s management. They may have been understaffed or overwhelmed with a large order but I would not let business walk out the door. Needless to say, we will not be visiting a Pei Wei anytime soon. That’s a shame because I do really like their food.

It’s the kind of place you can count on when you want something quick but still really tasty. The orange chicken is outstanding, full of bold flavor and always cooked just right. Everything feels fresh, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the service makes the experience even better. Definitely a spot I trust and enjoy every time.

Pei Wei’s Pad Thai is incredible! The noodles are perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and always fresh. The staff is welcoming, and manager Alberto even gave us an interesting talk about the differences between Asian and Chinese cuisine—it really made the experience special. Highly recommend!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
This place was absolutely horrible! I had the spicy general chow chicken with white rice and vegetables, and there was literally no flavor to anything. It almost didn’t taste like real food. And this place was unbelievably dirty. I walked in there.
They were dirty dishes on tables. I sat there and ate my lunch for over a half an hour and just watched dirty dishes accumulate on tables and even when the lunch rush was over and there was nobody ordering food and there were no takeout orders , the workers just stood around and nobody bothered to bus the tables and clean up. It was absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend this place.

I love Pei Wei’s Teriyaki Chicken! The chicken is perfectly cooked, tender, and coated in a deliciously sweet and savory sauce. The portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and the service is always fast. Definitely one of my favorite dishes here!

Went here for a dinner while in town for business. I was not disappointed! Food was priced as one might expect in this area nowadays (I paid $19 for a hearty meal). Drunken noodles were delicious, especially with the added spice I requested. Pork egg-rolls were also tasty- crisp and savory with a nice accompanying dipping sauce!

Listen, I came into Pei Wei at Westshore a simple, hungry human being — and I left a changed man. A man who now dreams in spicy, glorious visions of Kung Pao Chicken.
First bite? Fireworks. Not the Fourth of July kind — more like the “your mouth is now throwing a full-on rave and forgot to tell your brain” kind. I don’t know what ancient sorcery the chef back there is practicing, but that Kung Pao Chicken hit harder than my Wi-Fi bill after a Netflix binge.
The chicken was tender like it had been serenaded for hours before it ever saw a wok. The sauce? A perfect storm of heat, sweet, and “oh dear God, someone hold me.” The peanuts added a crunch so satisfying, I’m pretty sure I made audible noises that scared a family two tables over.
Service was fast and friendly, like they could sense I was teetering on the edge of starvation and culinary enlightenment at the same time. They handed me my meal with a smile that said, “We know what’s about to happen to you. And we approve.”
If you don’t like spicy food, that’s fine — order it anyway and become a better person. Personal growth tastes like Kung Pao Chicken, and I have no regrets.
