The service was atrocious. It looks like that was a horrible time serving people. I don’t expect those places to give military discount, but she was really rude when she said no to me then I went and bought my kids some food at raising Cane’s. And they were so great giving me service and giving me military discount. Apart from that I asked for Sriracha sauce and she charged me $.55 per pack. I understand that I guess we’re getting a recession but apart from not giving a discount and they still charging apart from sauces. The food is so far it does not taste good. It is a small portion for a high price talk about shrink inflation. Lowest I do not recommend this food at all.
The funniest thing about this is literally the person is counting how many shrimp she puts in your plate. Jesus Christ I’ve never really understood why they are in business if they have to be counting the shrimp that they put on, please

The food was tasty and worth trying. However, the waiting time was long due to slow service and having only one cashier. Not accepting card payments was also inconvenient.
There is room for improvement in customer service and communication. With better service, this place could be much better.

The people are rude! Service sucks and food is below average. They have attitudes immediately then they act like they can’t understand you whenever you ask for/about something. Then started complaining to other customers because other customers in line were leaving without paying because of the service. This mall is basically for tourists, you would expect better service and attitudes. Our food was also an upcharge close to closing time and they were still being skimpy with the servings. I’ve never seen so much of the bottom of my plate before I’ve even touched it. I asked for more and they rudely denied and demanded us to pay saying “the food is done”. Food could more taste/seasoning as well. For the price to serving ratio in addition to the service, I won’t be returning.

This place was lowkey life changing. Stopped by on a school trip and literally came back all 3 days we were here for their orange chicken and noodles. So delicious, they have generous portions and it’s very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend for a nice quick bite!

We bought food here – Pei Wei, in Riverwalk New Orleans. The food that I ordered is so yummy!. What i didn’t like is how their staff deal with their customers. I experienced impolite manner, but maybe they are just tired or maybe I just misinterpreted them differently.
Overall, we had an excellent dinning experience.

Very good Chinese food located in the food court at the Riverwalk Outlets Collection! The Threeentrée Combo was delicious with my choice of chicken & broccoli, General tso’s chicken and orange chicken. Also got lo mein and white rice. The Crab Rangoon and Chicken Egg Roll was great as well! All of it was hot and fresh! Prices were good for a mall food court. The employees were friendly and quick! I definitely recommend this place! A+!

The orange chicken was delicious. You can only choose between rice and noodles. The broccoli chicken has extra soy sauce. The strawberry lemonade was good. The to go plate is smaller than most go to places. The wontons were soft and cheesey. The ladies attending were not friendly. If you are hungry it makes for a good stop.

3 entrees + 1 side $12.99 inc. Tax.
They mostly have different chicken items, 1 beef item, 1 sweet shrimp item and 2 vegetable item to choose from.
For sides there is fried rice or noodles.
