Inside the Miami International Mall Food Court, this is the Express version and has the items for you to chose. Fast and convenient for mall employees and shoppers alike. Food was hot and tastes good, and there’s a decent variety to choose from. It looks pretty clean as well.

As a regular customer, this place has to be my favorite spot to hit at the Food Court. Very welcoming and professionally offering samples prior to buying their cuisine. Maylen is an outstanding employee, always welcoming with a wonderful smile. I also met the district manager as well and he’s was a pleasant gentleman to converse with.
All in all, Pei Wei at the International Mall has always left a good taste in my mouth.

I had a terrible experience at this place. The service was extremely poor, and instead of being treated with basic respect, the lady working there actually yelled at me. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any business, especially in the food industry. I will definitely not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or a welcoming atmosphere.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location today, 09/27/2026 ay 12:00pm. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering basic customer service, she responded to a simple question with an attitude that was completely uncalled for.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there’s no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. This kind of behavior makes it hard to want to return or recommend the place to others.
I hope management addresses this issue and reminds the staff of the importance of professionalism and courtesy. A little respect goes a long way.

This fried rice, shrimp, & plantains cost me $10.59. Not bad. Panda Express tastes better IMO. Plantains were on the tougher side. Not quite the same menu options on their locations on the west coast (AZ) which is nice.

Unfortunately, the experience was negative. The attendant who helped me showed an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude, which made my visit uncomfortable. I hope the place takes steps to improve customer service.

Food was delicious, but lack of communication that Plantains were considered an entree and not a side left me with no side of noodles or rice, forcing me to argue with the staff just to get the side I already paid for.
