Looks good but is soooo nasty. I can eat anything. Forreal, anything but this food is unacceptable. Someone didnt fully rinse out their pots when making the “asian noodles”. The noodles literally taste of bleach. It burned my tongue and my mouth water excessively. The honey shrimp still have their tails and their “poo string”. And the orange chicken isn’t even orange chicken. I don’t even know the taste but it’s definitely not orange chicken. I’m not expecting exceptional, just edible and this place is not either edible or exceptional. Its so bad i dont even want my money and im not finishing it. Keep the money, you clearly need it.

Used to love this place. Last couple of time I went it hasn’t been that good. Last time I went I asked for my usual which is teriyaki chicken. They said they didn’t have that. Kind of seemed it just wasn’t on the menu anymore. They also had a sign up that said to try their new sesame chicken. I got some of that and it was terrible compared to the old sesame chicken. Sauce was good but the chicken was cut up so small it was all overcooked and barely edible. Also got some bourbon chicken. Again flavor was good but the chicken was bad. Every other bite you couldn’t chew and had to spit out. Sad that they have gone downhill like this.

If you scroll you’ll see consistent 1 star reviews from a few years ago. I’ve eaten with them recently and it was SOOO GOOD. I ordered again not long after. I have a DoorDash order on the way right now and I thought the least I could do was give an updated review and idea of the establishment.

Their service is TRASH : they had somebody on front line that was racist and she literally threw toothpicks at my mother . She was upset about doing her job that even her coworker kind of side eyed her which was the most embarrassing part . This establishment was my favorite part about arbor place because their service but whoever was their front definitely ruined it . Please if you want to make and keep customer service at least make your workers competent
