I recently visited Peg’s Ham & Eggs and ordered the Corned Beef and Hash. The corned beef itself was delicious. I really appreciated that it wasn’t overly salty like I’ve experienced at other places. That balance in flavor stood out to me.

On the texture side, it was a little crispier than I personally prefer, since I usually like my meat a bit softer. I also found that there were a few too many onions and was undercooked for my taste. For someone who enjoys crispy or undercooked onions, it would probably be perfect, but for me they came across a little too firm. That said, the overall flavor of the corned beef was excellent, and the hash was cooked just right.

The restaurant itself had a welcoming, modern décor with nice colors that made the space feel relaxed and comfortable. I’m definitely looking forward to going back and trying other dishes on the menu — the Breakfast Burrito and Chili Cheese Omelet are already on my list.

Overall, a great spot with tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere!

A place I had always driven past on my way to work, I finally had a chance to get breakfast there. Fantastic! The French toast was made with large pieces of bread and were very good. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, very good. My wife loved the “LEO” .

This is our second time here and having the same waitress, Ashley!

She is amazing. Very tentative, sweet, and nice. She introduced herself right away.

We were seated immediately and our drink order taken on the spot.

Ashley took I our order shortly after and the food arrived within minutes.

The portions are large and filling. The waffle has great taste and looks looks so pretty plated. The Peglet with bac9n has 2 kinds of cheeses in it so it makes it creamy and so much flavor. They even serve all you can eat toast if your choice.

We wil all definitely keep coming back!

(We were HUNGRY) Megan kept our beverages full and, checked on us several times to make sure everything was good……..(And, everyrhing was awesome) This is an establishment that has their act together…….if you’re in the area, I recommend this place highly……we have a new favorite diner. We decided to come here after a workout because I did not want to cook at home and it was such a great decision. We were greeted by Megan and she sat us down and kept our coffee cups full. The chefs did an amazing job cooking my eggs and bacon as well as my husband’s Hawaiian Breakfast. I love the atmosphere here and we will definitely be coming back. Our family loves to visit us so we have to bring them here to meet Megan and have an awesome breakfast. Thank you so much for the food and awesome service!

This was my second trip to Peg’s, and my first at the Sunset location – it did NOT disappoint!!! Delicious food, huge portions, fast, friendly, hot and with an eye for the details, and our server Tracy flawlessly remembered the many details of breakfast for 5, and kept the coffee (and toast) coming. I love Peg’s.

I stopped by since I was on this side of town, and I wanted Portuguese Sausage, Eggs, and Rice. A staple Hawaii Style breakfast meal. Nice restaurant, and the service was also great. I forgot her name.

Food:
Hawaiian Breakfast which includes: 2 scoops of rice, macaroni salad (not sure how felt about that with my breakfast, but it worked), 8 slices of portuguese sausage and fried SPAM.

Let me first start with at first glance, the portuguese sausage looked burnt. It’s not my style of preparation. I took a bite, and although the outside was burnt, the inside was tender. I was torn if I wanted to return it and ask for it to be cooked again. I ended up eating 2 sausages and packed the rest to go. The fried SPAM was delicious. So, I’m thinking both meats were probably deep fried because I found a french fry in my food. My eggs were cooked perfectly. Fluffy and browned well. The mac salad was equally as delicious.

Overall, it was a nice spot for breakfast in Henderson. They have other locations, too.

Absolutely love this place food is always good I usually get the Hawaiian breakfast that tastes amazing, instead having the usual I went with the steak and eggs medium rare and over medium eggs. It was absolutely delicious I was satisfied with it. It was cooked to perfection and the best part was the service, our waitress Megan who we have had the last three times, she is always amazing and does an incredible job. Definitely in my top 3 for breakfast restaurants

Peg’s Ham & Eggs is one of my favorite restaurant to visit for breakfast/lunch, amd this location did not fail to deliver an enjoyable dining experience. I ordered the breakfast burrito w/o cheese, but it arrived with cheese in it, so I let the waitress know and she had the cook remake it extremely fast. I asked for a side of salsa and was surprised to find out that it cost $3 when I received my bill. I assumed it was free with the meal, but a heads-up that it costs extra would be nice for next time! Overall, the service was excellent, as our waitress Robyn was quite attentive and responsive. I would certainly eat here and recommend this location to other patrons!
