I absolutely love this place. My favorite meal is the French toast with a side of bacon and coffee. Mel the waitress is super sweet, the cook Ray is awesome, he’s never made a meal I didn’t like, and the owner is friendly and always laughing and smiling. I’ve eaten there a lot and never had a bad experience.

I’ve eaten here before they moved, while they were transitioning and then when they got themselves established at the new location on the creek road. Unfortunately you can’t get a consistently good meal. The service is hit and miss as well. Some days they have really good food and great service, literally the next day it’s a completely different experience. I keep going back in hopes they’ve figured everything out and have some consistency but that hasn’t happened yet.

A very good place for breakfast and lunch! Peg and Bill’s Diner offers a nice breakfast served fast and hot at very good prices. The Philly Cheesesteak Omelette was fantastic. The service was very friendly and attentive. A good,filling breakfast to start your day!

Excellent Breakfast! Veggie omelet, blueberry pancakes, French toast. There is no bad choice. Its a great little diner. Diverse and friendly. Reasonably priced. We have been coming at least every other week since they opened this location. I highly recommend!

Our first time there, grew up right up and down the road from this place…decided to have breakfast there, and was not disappointed absolutely thebbest breakfast I have had in town ever, had the two eggs with corned beef hash potatoes and a aode of grits with rye toast. Grits were the perfect consistency and great taste l, they definitely know how to cook corned beef hash, and the breakfast potatoes are legit. Will be coming back in the future. It like eating breakfast at your grandparents house the atmosphere takes you back to the better decades. Friendly staff! attentive and personable.

A great neighborhood restaurant. The slogan is white collar food with blue collar prices. We had mushroom burger piled high with cheese and mushrooms, cheese fries and two other sandwiches. We enjoyed the food, waitress, cook and the locals eating there. Definitely a great stop for great solid food.

We stayed local to the area for a couple state parks. Stopped in for a late lunch before starting our long day. We were really close to closing time and weren’t rushed in the slighteat. Food was amazing, our waitress was lovely and we even got to meet the owner. Great experience with great food and staff. Couldn’t ask for anything better! Next time we’re in the area defined stopping in and to all reading my review id recommend not missing out on such a great diner. Thank you Bill again!
