Some workers are rude and dont tell you that drink is ready or take your payment and turn around and dont tell you anything and not giving you your drink so you just stand there expecting your simple drink such as drip coffee but they doing something else, or best yet they take your payment and tell you ” You good to go” and then they not giving you your drink but turn around and do whatever else or tell “Next”. So if I am gokd.to go then wjere js the drink or whats the situation? What kind of communication is that? Is it really that difficult to be a little bit more clear what to expect, are yku makjng the drink or should i wait? So the service is lame. Where did they get trained to serve customers like this? And that is with Always doing Good Tipping them cause i believe in Tipping Good. Sometimes they foget to make your drink at all because some label falls off and that ia when they are not busy and the person who took your payment just walks by you as you thinking okey, any moment now the drink will be ready, and 15 minutes go by and people who came after you got their drink, then you ask them and they all full of excuses. Or they want to piur you a dark roast instad of a medium as yku asked them. Sometime tku ask for a room for cream and that is not guaranteed either. So the service or what they pour you is often very questionable and that is just rude towards customers. Several baristas there are good, but another half needs a retraining. No more tipping here if they cant serve a Plain coffee in a way that dont make customer frustrated with them. And it is not about being busy cause i got most of this crappy service when they are not busy or average busy with one person in line.

Staff here at this Peet’s Coffee polite, friendly and, fast. This is the second time I’ve ever been to Pete’s coffee. I prefer Peet’s over Starbucks any day every day. High quality coffee and breakfast in a variety of styles. On my next visit I am going to try the chicken and waffle sandwich, it looks delicious.

This Peet’s Coffee & Tea is very spacious. There is plenty of small tables to comfortable seat small groups (almost everyone is here is in a little group of 2). The layout makes sure people in the purchase line (and waiting for their drinks) are all able to stand inside the store & without blocking merchandise, people at tables, bathroom doors, exit/entrance doors, and each other.

This place has really gone downhill. Orders are always incorrect, they make sloppy inconsistent drinks and are very rude if you complain. Just go across the street to Nugget and they will make you exactly what you want and be polite.

I have to walk over 2 miles round-trip to go to this location. I do it happily because not only do I get a good walk in they have a lovely patio. The store great atmosphere, awesome employees, and my husky loves hanging out with me there.
