This Peet’s consistently ranks as one of the best in terms of drink quality and friendly knowledgeable staff. I’m usually there in the afternoons and the whenever there’s a long line the shift manager immediately opens a second register. This is why I stopped going to Lakeville Starbucks. Several times a week I enjoy Peet’s coffee with a friend after our morning walk. When we enter the store Renee is usually at the counter flashing her beautiful, welcoming smile! She is always gracious and upbeat while providing outstanding service! She is a gem.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the size of their drink is SMALL. A large is like 12 oz (and I get iced drinks so it’s even less than that). I’d be willing to pay more too, just give me a bigger size!!

I spend around $200 a month at this Peet’s, buying 12 drinks at a time once a week. That’s not an easy order to fill on time, but the current Peet’s crew here is the most consistently ready on time group that I have found through years of doing this. So I really appreciate them!!

Pretty consistently unexciting service. The staff seems like its painful to have to serve me. Today, I was “warmly” greeted with an almost sarcastic “hi” and nothing else. She didn’t ask what I wanted, just stood staring at me like I was a bother and wasting her time.
They are plenty chatty with each other when not helping customers and really chipper for a familiar customer, so they know *how* to be friendly and fun, but are just poorly trained; or just nasty people that should do something else for work – customer service is not for them. Service is the job here, pouring coffee into a cup is not skilled labor.
Two stars instead of one because the wifi works. Starbucks and McDonald’s are better choices for morning coffee.
