They were pretty quick about my order. I ordered an iced latte in my own cup.
The flavor of this latte was absolutely disgusting. Most terrible tasting latte I’ve ever had. I’ve ordered iced lattes from different Peet’s shops before and it was never bad like this so I feel like whoever prepared it, burnt some part of it.

My favorite Peet’s location! Wonderful staff and clean bathrooms available. Drinks are always delicious. Safe, quiet (with light music) and comfortable place to meet with friends or just by myself.

It took them 14 minutes to get me a Cappuccino that was more like a latte. However, if you order online, and pickup, I can see that’s where the business is really focused. At least 6 people walked in and walked out with their orders before the 6 of us waiting around for our orders were served. The people working there were really nice, though. You could tell they were happy to be there.

I wasn’t going to comment on anything here it’s a nice spot, service is great etc. But man, there are an awful amount of bugs flying around landing on us and others all around the seating area. I couldn’t really relax. They could use an exterminator or something… There are no bugs in other businesses or outside.

I’m a long time customer of Orinda Peet’s, but I won’t be coming back until the flea and fly infestation is completely remedied. The shop needs to be much cleaner, windows, pastry case etc. However, The workers are very friendly and efficient .

Cool stop on a hot day, and Peet’s has the best cappuccino around. I like the small, which at Peet’s always has 2 shots. The medium has more milk but still 2 shots. You have to add a shot to end up with the same ratio of espresso to milk. If it’s a 3-shot day but you like more milk, go with the large. It has 3 shots and lots of milk. The ice drinks here are amazing, too.

Very nice and friendly staff. I always stop by here for coffee whenever I am in Orinda. UPDATE: The new trainee sucks with people skills. Guess he should start with entry level of duties before he deals with longtime loyal customers. Negative experience like thus is why I am glad there is a Starbucks else where. Guess I need to drive a little more to Starbucks.

The food is exactly what you would expect. Okay bakery items, decent toasterwave stuff. The staff are helpful, the shop is full of older guys in the morning and people taking meetings after 9am.
