You gotta try to appreciate how good this pizza is. Crust that holds up with a great under carriage. Thin yet still holds perfect airy crunch with a perfect chew. Pepperoni and sausage are nothing to rave about, but the whole package comes together. Wings were pure genius. Peppermint leaves with hot honey and Serrano peppers. It’s just as good as the pizza. Will definitely be making the drive to Pedros Pizza Lounge quite often.

The BEST drinks by Adam, delicious pizza, top notch salad, and we had a garlic app. (I have crazy garlic breath, but it was worth it) The pizza slice was the perfect fall/winter meal, since it warms you up from the inside. Amazing pizza and apps. Really good craft cocktails too. Can’t wait to go back for some pesto pizza and deep fried cremini mushrooms.
It is warm and cozy in the restaurant. They also have a large outdoor heated place to eat.

Anyone that says this is good NY style pizza is a casual, and clearly hasn’t been to an actual NY style pizza place. Pedro’s pizzas sauce doesn’t have any flavor and they don’t put really any sauce on the pie. All I tasted was cheap cheese and the overpowered pepperonis that I think don’t taste good and actually ruined the pizza. If they had good sauce, used less cheese and better pepperoni it would actually be a good pie. So if I were you, ide drive the extra 20 min to ninos pizza in maplewood, or even pinos in Woodbury over this place.

The wife and stopped in for a cocktail and maybe an app. The cocktails were ok, but fairly small. We appreciated the atmosphere, so we ordered a couple pizzas(we couldn’t agree on toppings… marriage, am I right). So glad we did! This is easily some of the best pizza we’ve had in the Midwest (and we work for a pizza company). I highly recommend the combo with green olives. Authentic New York style pizza in Hudson, WI…who knew.

Our server was excellent. She was knowledgeable and kind.
We sat out on the patio. It’s one of the nicer patios we’ve experienced. There was plenty of shade with the very high tech tech canopy structure that surrounded the patio. We still got enough sun. The music provided great vibes.
The inside of the establishment looked very pleasant, and clean (including the bathroom).
Our food was very good. And the price points were very generous.
Our drinks were great as well, and paired very nicely with our dishes.
We will definitely be back.

What a relaxing vibe. We could have sat here all night. Low lighting and enjoyable music. This place matches atmosphere with complexity of dynamic flavors. The dishes had many flavors that all worked with eachother to create an amazing taste. I almost forgot to mention the outdoor patio. Super relaxing place with excellent feeling. Must go just don’t tell everyone. 😉 local secret.
