Reviews
After bringing the issue to the manager’s attention, the difference was promptly refunded. While I appreciate the quick resolution, the speed and familiarity of the handling made me wonder if this might be a recurring issue.
Great atmosphere (a bit noisy, but totally understandable given how busy it gets), with that classic Portuguese style of hospitality, warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, right in the middle of the City of Light.
Prices are more than fair for the quality and portions.
The waiting line can be long but it is absolutely worth it
Always a repeat whenever we’re in Paris.
and came because it had so many good reviews.
I’m very satisfied!
The fresh seafood dishes are excellent,
and the staff are really friendly.
We were seated upstairs but by the walkway which was fine as this was the only table that could accommodate for 3 people!
We ordered the food and were not advised that we may be ordering too much food there was a lot of sides with what we ordered. 2x chips and seafood rice too but we would have rather been told that this was too much and not wasted the food although we did take it home.
The lobster was amazing and prawns so so yummy!
The steak and tiger prawns were cooked nicely but did not come with any sauce so was a little dry. Luckily we dipped it into the sauce from the prawns.
Overall the food came out quickly but the service was slow but to be expected with how busy the restaurant was vs how many groups of people were constantly arriving,
Bruna was a lovely waitress very welcoming and polite we had a lovely chat with her. Some of the other staff were hard to get their attention but their mind was probably all over the place to try and serve everyone else so as a waitress myself this was not an issue.
The mango caipirinha with alcohol added was very very strong it took me a while to drink it but it was still nice definitely worth purchasing.
I would definitely return now I know how much roughly to order the seafood was lovely!!
