Pedra Alta is a lively and generous seafood restaurant known for its hearty portions and vibrant atmosphere. The seafood is fresh and well prepared, with classic flavors that highlight the quality of the ingredients rather than overly complex techniques. Dishes are ideal for sharing, making it a great place for groups and friends. Service is efficient and friendly, even during busy hours, and the overall experience is casual, satisfying, and excellent value for money.

I recently dined at restaurant and ordered the Brochette de boeuf / Brochete de boi (Bull Prick). According to menu, the price for a half portion should be 32,80 €, but when I received the bill, I was charged 53 € instead.
After bringing the issue to the manager’s attention, the difference was promptly refunded. While I appreciate the quick resolution, the speed and familiarity of the handling made me wonder if this might be a recurring issue.

For fish and steak I’m giving it 5 stars and 5 stars it deserved. For veggies food you’re limited to a veggies soup which may or may not contain meat broth. To all veggies, it’s a sacrifice for your carnivorous friends, let them have it I guess

Excellent service and outstanding food. Honestly, some of the best I’ve had in the city. Portuguese cuisine simply beats French food for flavour and generosity, and this place proves it.

Great atmosphere (a bit noisy, but totally understandable given how busy it gets), with that classic Portuguese style of hospitality, warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, right in the middle of the City of Light.

Prices are more than fair for the quality and portions.

The waiting line can be long but it is absolutely worth it
Always a repeat whenever we’re in Paris.

I don’t think you can get this much seafood at these great prices anywhere else in Paris. The seafood is good and portions are generous but for the price don’t expect the best seafood. The place is crowded, loud and the staff can be disorganized. Cannot believe that the washroom at this location were so dirty and missing seats.

The food is very delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are very natural. This makes the dish delicious, allowing you to enjoy the authentic taste of seafood, very reasonable prices. The quantity is enough for two to three people.

I found this place by chance while searching on Google,
and came because it had so many good reviews.
I’m very satisfied!
The fresh seafood dishes are excellent,
and the staff are really friendly.

They made us stand outside and wait for an hour without stating the starting time of dinner. There were plenty of empty tables inside during dinner time but they just made people wait outside to create an image of a busy and popular restaurant. The seafood platter was average, comments were obviously overrated.

Pedra Alta is a fantastic choice if you’re craving seafood in the heart of Paris. We had a great experience from start to finish — warmly welcomed by the staff, served with a tasty starter, and then treated to generous portions of delicious seafood. The quality, flavor, and service all exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Affordable nice restaurant! We arrived on a Thursday around 6pm and queued for 5 minutes as you cannot make a reservation.

We were seated upstairs but by the walkway which was fine as this was the only table that could accommodate for 3 people!

We ordered the food and were not advised that we may be ordering too much food there was a lot of sides with what we ordered. 2x chips and seafood rice too but we would have rather been told that this was too much and not wasted the food although we did take it home.

The lobster was amazing and prawns so so yummy!

The steak and tiger prawns were cooked nicely but did not come with any sauce so was a little dry. Luckily we dipped it into the sauce from the prawns.

Overall the food came out quickly but the service was slow but to be expected with how busy the restaurant was vs how many groups of people were constantly arriving,

Bruna was a lovely waitress very welcoming and polite we had a lovely chat with her. Some of the other staff were hard to get their attention but their mind was probably all over the place to try and serve everyone else so as a waitress myself this was not an issue.

The mango caipirinha with alcohol added was very very strong it took me a while to drink it but it was still nice definitely worth purchasing.

I would definitely return now I know how much roughly to order the seafood was lovely!!
