My mom and dad have been bringing us to Pearl Wok since I was in high school and I’m 32 now so we’ve been coming here for a very long time. The food and the service has always been consistently amazing and the people who work here are so kind and attentive. It’s my dad’s number one pick when he wants us all to get together these days even when we live in different cities and I’m so happy that it’s stayed a local favorite for so long. We’re also a big family and never have any issues getting a table here.
My family and I always order everything spicy, but it’s always so good even when I forget to order it spicier. It’s super classic American Chinese food and my family’s favorites are the Sesame Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Jalapeño Beef, and Crispy Hunan Fish. Their fried rice and egg drop soup are also such classics.
If you live in this area like we used to, I absolutely recommend trying them out!

Yummy Chinese food. Service was very fast. Water glasses were kept full the whole time. The boba smoothie was delicious. They have booths and tables to sit in. There was plenty of seating and we were able to be sat at a table for 4 right away on a Friday night. Our kiddos liked the fish tank. The meals were huge and we took home plenty of left overs! They gave us fortune cookies at the end of the dinner too.

I ordered ahead for to go. It was ready by the time I arrived [very quickly.] The fan tail shrimp and sesame beef was both very good. Since I got to go I won’t dock them for the sesame beef not being crunchy. The flavor was very good. The shrimp was still slightly crisp despite eating after driving home. If I had been eating there I really love the crispy duck with straw mushrooms. Easily one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area.

I have been coming to this restaurant for 15+ years. I imagine it has gone through many Chefs/cooks, since the taste and consistency of its food has definitely varied through the years. It went from being great to just ok for a period, and I think it just got great again. It is not the most authentic Chinese restaurant (too Americanized by now), in my opinion, but food is very tasty and it does the job. I recommend a few dished such as Wonderful shrimp or anything with Garlic sauce on it. Hot and sour soup is good. Prices went up lately, but they are reasonable. Servers are cordial.

My husband and I ordered dinner tonight. The food had a rotten smell to it. We had to throw it all away.
They also charged 9.00 for ONE chicken wing cut in half and fries.
Just think twice before eating here.

Egg foo young looked great. Very expensive. But didn’t come with any gravy!! Without the gravy the egg foo young was not good at all. Dry. Bland. Sesame chicken was meh. Overall I was disappointed was excited to try a new place.

I love this place and will continue to come here, however I ordered the Szechuan Chicken tonight and was very disappointed. The Website described it as spicy and it was anything but, it was very sweet and had way too much sauce in my opinion it was also overwhelmingly sweet.

Ordered take out & was highly satisfied. My order was ready when I got there about 15 minutes after calling. When I arrived home about 10 minutes later, the food was still hot & ready to eat right then.
The entrees in the photos are mapao tofu, szechuan chicken, & sesame chicken. It all tasted delicious. The broth in the tofu dish had the perfect amount of salt & flavour. The szechuan chk had just the right amount of spiciness, & the sesame chk was great.
I would order from here again. Also, the inside of Pearl Wok looks very relaxing; the booths seem super comfortable & the atmosphere is great if you choose to dine in.

Well this Chinese restaurant is pretty something! Their food is pretty modest, and straightforward. When you order chicken, you’re not getting anything extra, you’re getting chicken.
The flavor is what you expect a good Chinese restaurant to taste. Nothing special, but very satisfying. They’re quite efficient as well, ordered delivery with a 45 minute expected wait time and received the food in less than 30 minutes.
Will definitely be ordering from here again.
