Went there last night, we have been there 2 or 3 times now. My wife got the rotisserie chicken and I got the oyster stew and mussels fra diavolo. The former was good and I helped my wife eat half of it, thankfully (she’s a light eater). But I wanted to share with you the mussels fra diavolo I got with you. It came with about 12 mussels in the shell, some were splintered, and after picking them out of the shells this is what I wound up with for $17. I mean, how much does linguini cost? I pointed this out to the waitress and she was polite. Even took a little bit off the bill. But the manager never came by. I put one shell back in for depth of the pic. I have had bigger side orders of spaghetti and this entree.

Food was decent, good but nothing to rave about. A bit overpriced on most items, but some were fair. The shining star for us was our server Dylan. He was very attentive and right on the ball. Great job Dylan! As far as going back, I would be more likely to stop in for a beer and an appetizer than to go for a full meal. We went at 6 pm on Friday night and the place was pretty dead. That alone speaks volumes…

Service was great. Shrimp Bisque was outstanding! Was a bit disappointed in scallops. Description said “lightly” breaded. Was a lot breaded. Took away from flavor of scallop. I took off the crust & enjoyed the scallop naked. Will go again.

Without a doubt, one of the worst (if not THE worst) experiences I’ve had at a restaurant! The place being near empty on a Friday night should have been a huge red flag but we persisted. The food was terrible and management should be embarrassed. The only bright spot was our server Anna. Very nice and was on top of everything.
Regarding the food: bread for the table is heavily garliced biscuits. Poor choice since they were very crumbly and fell apart while trying to butter them. Appetizers were shrimp bisque and stuffed mushrooms. The bisque was very thin and tasteless and the mushrooms were tough and tasteless. Entrees were stuffed shrimp and clams Fra Diavolo. The shrimp was overcooked and the Diavolo had chunks of broken clam shells mixed in. On top of all this, there was a table next to us that was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and it didn’t get cleared until we were halfway through our entrees! Think they were short-handed? Nope. 4-5 employees standing around the hostess stand the whole time we were there, plus a manager wandering around. When we sent virtually everything back, virtually untouched the “chef manager” (that’s what it said on the card he gave us) visited our table. The guy actually defended the jagged shell chunks in the Fra Diavolo! Said I’d probably notice them before I swallowed them! Really?! Spoke to the “supervisor” that had been milling about and she was apologetic and trying to get us to use the chefs card for a future visit. I doubt this place will be around long.

If Gordon Ramsay had eating here. He would have cursed out the chef.

I had the steamed mussels and it had no taste at all.
Not sure why it wasn’t seasoned well, but you couldn’t not taste any garlic, white wine, pepper nor parsley in the dish.

My wife had the fried shrimp and french fries.
The shrimp and french fries looked greasy and as if they came out of a box.

I wouldn’t recommend restaurant to my worst enemy.

Waitress was wonderful. Shrimp were big and good. Loved the hushpuppies. Wasn’t crazy about shredded vegetables. Will go back again. Make sure you bring plenty of money.

Came in at 1030 on Saturday. Sat at the bar by myself and watched the football game. Finally after around 10 minutes the bartender asked me what I wanted to drink and handed me a menu. Currently 49 minutes later I am sitting here with said menu and an empty glass while she plays on her phone. Side note is that a young couple also sat at the bar. Currently they have been able to order drinks and food while I sit here with an open menu and empty drink. I promise I tip well so maybe I’m just ugly

Biscuits desperately new all new ingredients. Oyster stew has potatoes..yuck. Not creamy at all, very bland. Clams casino are very small and lack flavor plus I believe they are topped with the fake bacon bits. Don’t intend to give up yet since they are still in the opening stages. Will still try again. Definitely want Pearl to succeed.

WAY over priced for amount and quality of food. $30 rib eye was smaller than most breakfast steaks. You will notice a lack of customers, there’s a good reason. Don’t waste your money!

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. Wonderful food, drinks and service. Table of 10 with no over lapping orders and everyone was pleasantly pleased with their appetizers and entree’s.
